8-B Tournament Round 3, Match 1: Optimus Prime (2007 DS Game) vs Ken Kaneki

It does. The issue is that Kaneki’s chain starts at a number half that of the number that is shitstomped by guys that get shitstomped by Optimus.

If X has a chain of a dozen stomps ending with Y = 10 megaton, and A breathes and kills B who in turn bullies an army of C = 20 megaton each, A is stronger as you cannot quantifiably prove what number X is. This isn’t even them starting off at the same number and one has a longer chain. This is their base numbers having a considerable difference and then a comparable scaling chain of one shots one shots and stomps. Even if we were to attribute the x7.5 one shot figure for one shots to their scaling chains, Optimus would still come out on top with a bigger number.
