So War Machine is more experienced especially when he has fought giants before in the form of Giant Man, albeit with outside help from Spider-Man in order to beat him. Otherwise, GIGA Queen barely takes the AP advantage by a mere 2 tons, and appears to be slightly taller than Giant Man when I compared sources of his size when he fought War Machine (75-85 ft, or 22.86-25.908 meters for Giant Man, while GIGA Queen is 28.62 meters). Also, unlike Giant Man, GIGA Queen has better versatility in the form of shooting lasers with her acid, being capable of exploiting War Machine’s weakness to heat with her flamethrower, shooting multiple missiles, and outright cloning herself 15-20 times, where said clones will come running at War Machine or dive from the sky. Lets not forget that she can also overpower War Machine in the LS department since War Machine’s feat relies on pushing with his flight while GIGA Queen’s LS is more natural, so she can most likely launch a detachable hand onto War Machine to one-shot him as she did with Thrash Machine while she was losing power due to getting defeated and crush him into metal scrap.

Overall, War Machine may have been fighting more, but he has never really faced anyone like GIGA Queen except for Giant Man who aside from a large size is not at all versatile, not to mention him being slightly weaker and getting his weakness exploited.
