nearly everything Blade Wolf does combat-wise negates durability in some way shape or form, whether it be through sheer heat(resisted I believe) or Quantum Manipulation and Vibration Manipulation with High-Frequency weaponry. which basically just makes Blade Wolf's chainsaw Negate Durability.

If Marill uses it before or just after Blade Wolf attacks (If future sight is used), yes. but I don't think she/he would randomly sing when there is nothing in-sight before Blade Wolf strikes.
