So Wolf is at a roughly 2x AP disadvantage, the gap of which can be lengthened by Frantic Mode, though Sekiro has Buddhist Candies and Divine Confetti to mitigate this gap as they stack together.. Stealth and overpowering her are out of the picture given her immense LS advantage and Extrasensory Perception. Her diverse amount of skills will need getting used to, especially her Frantic Mode. Depending on what she starts with, it will definitely be a brutal fight for Wolf.

However, Sekiro is immensely versatile, at this point having learned multiple skills that can counter her attacks. His Prosthetics like the Umbrella and Mist Raven keep him mobile and can reduce openings that she can exploit and punish her for attempting to attack. His firecrackers and Divine Abduction early on can give him an immense advantage in getting the first blow as he can use it to either stun her to get a free blow in, or strike her with Divine Abduction to turn her around abruptly for a free attack and possibly a deathblow. His Pressure Points with Deathblow are also a way he can get past the AP gap as it can kill his opponents in normally one to two hits.

Additionally, the Mortal Blade, Butterfly Kunai, and Divine Confetti chip past her guard, meaning that even if she deflects these attacks, she still gets hurt. Now I believe, taking all of this into account, we need to account for skill to get a final verdict, as Sekiro at this stage could already defeat multiple enemies and is superior to Gyoubu, who himself took down multiple enemies on his own. He was able to master multiple techniques based on reading texts alone and later on, could even copy the techniques of his opponents.

While Sekiro doesn't win all the time, I see him coming out on top for most of it with his immensely varied moveset chipping away at Ikaruga until she falters given the tools and skills at his disposal and also his ability to survive much longer with Resurrection and his healing items.

Ikaruga can do some of the same, and there are missions were she not simply multiple mooks at once but also opponents of comparable strength. Also even though this is speed equalized, her techniques might as well give her the speed advantage as not even opponents comparable to her can perceive them. The same logic should apply here.

And also, Ikaruga is NOT dumb, considering her background she would've received some of if not the best training compared to the other characters in the series and would know to avoid or dodge attacks that can hurt her

Also, Class K >>>> Class 50, if she clashes swords with Wolf, he's going to get pushed back by her

I still don't really see an answer to the rest of his moveset because her Frantic Mode can catch him off-guard but he also has Mist Raven fireworks to open her up more. Her skill doesn't really seem like anything special, especially with what Wolf is capable of when he's able to copy techniques and learn many martial arts disciplines within a day, all the while surpassing one of his own master Shinobi in a fight, taking down a general legendary for killing hundreds.

Her Class K is bothersome but Wolf still has stuff that takes care of it with his attacks that hit past her guard. Her speed advantage is crucial but if she gets hit during it, she's in trouble. And not to mention he was able to deflect One Mind by Isshin which was so imperceptively fast that Isshin wasn't even moving when he made those slashes, so he isn't at a deep disadvantage facing Frantic Mode.

She attacks? Sekiro can use Mist Raven to phase through her and leave a trail of fire to burn her, or use fireworks to stun her for a quick counterattack. Or he can use his homing attacks with the Butterfly Kunai to gain initiative and chip past her guard. She tries to deflect? Wolf can use Divine Abduction to force her to turn around for another easy blow (this works on enemies in the endgame that scale to his Class G). Not to mention, he can still create effective area denial with the Sabimaru mist feature, poisoning her and weakening her further as the fight goes on.

What about she tries to dodge? And with a 2x AP advantage for Ika, that by default makes her just as durable too. Also to quote from another post:

In SK, tanking stuff like bullet, explosion, etc is pretty normal thing for shinobi in-verse. I'm talking about Asuka's group whose is still training and regularly contend with all those kind of aforementioned stuff on daily basics. Here, Daidouji was one of the strongest student of Hanzo has to offer and casually stomped Asuka's group with ease on their encounter. (Warning: NSFW link)
Also, shinobi are able to still fight even when they're on fire

Sekiro's Mortal Blade is much greater than his normal attack and also Sekiro has Buddhist Candies that stack with Divine Confetti to greatly boost his damage and close that AP gap anyway. Even if Ikaruga can still fight while on fire, it'll still hurt her. Not to mention we still have things like his poison Sabimaru to ignore her durability and whittle her down while he's still flying free with Shinobi Pellets and Healing Water to keep him active in the fight. Let's also not forget that his Deathblows can ignore dura too as he aims for weak spots that basically kill enemies in one or two lethal blows when his typical attacks take much longer to kill them, and though his LS disadvantage makes this difficult to achieve, he has fireworks and Divine Abduction to make it possible.

Also, Sekiro tanks all that stuff every day too, and has the NPI to even parry shockwaves and explosions as well. What you quoted doesn't really seem to indicate anything above what Sekiro hasn't dealt with or isn't capable of. It's equal at best with his base feats of dealing with multiple trained samurai soldiers of different calibers from samurai with guns, to trained martial artist fencers, to various other shinobi of different factions and adding on the fact that Sekiro could quickly adapt and learn many movesets of different martial arts disciplines.

Again, nothing really substantial that puts this in Ikaruga's favor. Her AP and Dura advantage can be mitigated because of his hax that can bypass dura via deathblows, poison, or Purple Fume Spark that boosts his damage, as well as stat-boosting Buddhist Candies, and his evasive abilities like Mist Raven, Fireworks, and Umbrella make it so that he has way more options outside of trying to dodge and deflect attacks. This could be mitigated with Frantic Mode, but her drop in defense also makes it incredibly risky and can be exploited for a quick win. Ikaruga's skill isn't any greater than his and arguably is lower than what he was capable of at this stage. And her hax diversity isn't anywhere near impressive to keep up with Sekiro's diversity of options.

The way I see it, she needs to go in for the kill right away, because the longer she operates, the more she has to deal with his diversity of options that will kill her eventually, and while 2x AP gap is big it's not a one-shot nor is it close and Sekiro will eventually adapt the longer she doesn't permanently incapacitate him.

It's not out of character for her to possibly eliminate her enemies quickly, she was originally going to do that with Dogen but decided to let him go in the end. I would say though for Wolf here, she would not do that and eliminate him quickly

Yeah but she can't really do that quickly and consistently is my point, Sekiro can survive long enough against her most ferocious attacks with his prosthetics and better skill and then whip out his varied toolset to start whittling her down. She does Frantic Mode or some crazy attack once, Wolf gets injured. He takes a pellet or water, and then starts learning to avoid or counter it, he has a way bigger margin of error than she does.

You sure she doesn't keep him from doing that?
Again, mist raven or fireworks, any time she tries to interrupt him he can counter right away or use his prosthetics to create an opening to do it, Sekiro's opponents also respond at him trying to use his healing items as well so it's not like he won't expect her to try and interrupt him.
