Saxton Hale was casually able to oneshot the Yeti, which was stated to be so durable that nothing on Earth could kill it, which should at least include the atomic bombs on WWII, which were about 20 Kilotons.

In addition, the both the Pomson and Manmelter are said to be capable of subatomization, and subatomization of an average human is approximately 162 Kilotons, or Large Town level.
