Same rules as the other matches. Honestly I haven’t seen much Naruto so I am winging this especially.

OK, how good is his Mindhax Resistance?

His resistance is kinda hard to pinpoint at this key but it's in several tens which is a lot under the baseline of Sharingan that scales above 600. But he has the Kui Long Cowhide which can protect him from any attack be physical, mental or at yuan shen level. Making its resistence in tens of thousands at a low ball. Even if he couldn't take in time the item from within himself out to wear it. The instant he is not in control of his body anymore, Xin Huo will control it making the fight harder be tens of times as Xin Huo is the Spirit of a Galaxy, a being who is above Deities in soul/mind who are baseline at above 2 million in soul/mind potency. So either Zhong Yue resist with the Cowhide or Xin Huo takes over and resist himself.

Speed equal is up if needed, ZY is in mach 5000 while Obito is a lot above him but ZY has SoL attack speed for Yin and Yang Sword Qi plus reactions at that level, so even if the speed is not equal, ZY has the advantage.

ZY has P class LS while Obito has G class LS.

ZY is 43 GIgatons while Obito is 10 or 20 Gigatons.

ZY vastly outskill him, his prediction is also one of the best on wiki, making the Sharingan look like a joke. Obito should be happy if he manages to even think before ZY manges to predict his entire skillset and whatever he will do.

Mangu Roar will disperse the mind (I would say Obito resist on this aspect but not the rest), disintegrate the body and the Yuan Shen (Soul+Spirit), powernull.

You know Obito can use the Infinite Tsukuyomi with his Sharingan Right? That was his plan the whole time after dealing with Naruto and Sasuke. The IT has Planetary Potency, it just needed the Moon to reflect off of to increase it's Range.

If either could use it in base, they would have won so easily its not even funny. It's an instant win against almost all enemies they face.

He calculates it. His prediction comes from his computational prowess.

He can predict what an opponent will do next by calculating the flow of their blood essences, the shortcomings of their skills, the positions of their Yuan Shen, the weaknesses of their mortal body, their movements, habits and their next points of attack. As if he had gone through the same predicament thousands of times that he knew exactly what to do and where to move in order to evade the skills. Furthermore, he can predict through their personalities, thoughts, and even their instincts from dozens of foes at the same time and calculate the changes and results of hundreds of millions of skills at once

Hearing all of this stuff about him, are we sure he's a Fair Character to use here? He sounds like he solos the entire Roster and probably the whole Tier he's in while at it.
