A lot of sword shit. Her sword allows for all these things:

• She can create large-scale holy energy waves.
• She can turn invisible.
• She can increase her speed and efficiency.
• She can take control of projectiles and effectively negate them.
• Can cut through space, allowing for durability negation.
• Allows her to heal herself
• Allows her to create illusions

In this key, she also has the ability to bypass forcefields, resistances, and other things that'd prevent her from hitting a target directly.

In terms of AP, it's relatively even. 25 Gigatons to 32 Gigatons in Venti's favor. A difference of 1.28x.

Venti's wind manipulation seems viable, especially with such an insane LS difference. He could probably use it to keep her away and utilize range attacks. Well, at least he could've if the starting distance wasn't 10m.

I feel like Xenovia kinda just runs up and slices him to pieces with that starting distance lol. Especially since she can use speed amps. Venti can maybe counter this with wind and push her away, but I don't think it's going to be enough with all the versatility Xenovia has.

Healing allows her to regen from damage she takes. Invisibility allows her to go undetected by him. Illusions allow for elaborate distractions. Speed amp makes it hard for him to keep up. Spatial Manip can land a deadly blow pretty much immediately. She can take control of his wind attacks and send them back at him. Etc.

How does Venti fight?

Depend on how much attack can Xenovia redirect or whether is there any limit to it cause Venti could just keep Xenovia down due to his lifting strength, the barrier could deal with it unless Penerate is an overall buff.

Well then Xenovia block 1 wind attack and that's the end of the fight then.

Ok so I’m gonna make this quick because I accidentally deleted my first more in depth message and I cba typing it again

Xenovia can’t deal with that LS disadvantage, Venti has such excellent control over his winds he can use it as a sort of pseudo-telekinesis in order to lift and carry things. He summons his winds, and rag dolls her until she dies, passes out, or has been essentially restrained for 24 hours. He can disarm her, control where she goes, and blow her away violently if she ever gets close to him. Also, does she retain her weakness to holy weaponary? Venti channels his winds through his Gnosis, which has ties to Celestia and is outright stated to give Archons the “divine ability” to defend their nation.

If Xenovia doesn’t one shot here then she loses, if she does one shot she still needs to hit Venti before he does anything, including fly, use any wind etc. Still not looking likely. What does she open with? If she doesn’t open with anything crazy like spatial manip, which I assume she doesn’t, then Venti, with a decent AP advantage would just tank the attack and rag doll her even in the rare circumstance he gets hit. Invisibility and illusions are cool mind games but Venti’s no slouch and has cast his own illusions before, though it’s not guaranteed they’re combat applicable, it shows he has experience with them. Also, going invisible in a storm you’re getting tossed about by does not prevent said storm from still tossing you about. Venti isn’t just gonna stop because he can’t see his opponent. Also, she gets disarmed pretty instantly here, and aren’t a lot of her hax or win cons dependant on her having her sword? A lot comes down to that opening encounter, but Venti wins if he survives the first 10 seconds of this fight, and I don’t see why he doesn’t. Voting for Venti

Not really, but his winds are probably thought based since other archons like Ei can uphold a storm around the borders of the entire nation of Inazuma for extremely long periods of time without any noticeable effort to uphold it, and there were concerns for her mental stability when the storm began nearing the country itself. He gets off his Winds before any physical attack or gesture requiring magic. Also, is this magic really in character if she still has her sword? Once she gets disarmed she’s in a situation where she can’t win the fight anyways so if magic is only used in lack of a sword she’s kinda up against a wall.

No chance, if we were talking a more concentrated projectile type scenario then sure, but Venti’s winds are a far cry from that, they’re all around her and even if she could for some reason reflect literal gusts of wind (in no way a conventional “attack” I’m sure the profile is referencing) from all angles, Venti has ridiculous control over his winds, he just sends them right back.

Heck, if the reflection is entirely dependant on taking control of the attack, and not true reflection, Venti‘s control over winds trumps Exalibur Ruler’s general control of everything. In both specialty, AP, and in lore status, Excalibur Ruler is a fraction of a holy weapon, which would have no reason to trump a full holy weapon designed for complete control of the winds

Oh and also this whole debate assumes that Xenovia starts with her reflection for some reason because if she doesn’t Venti disarms her in an instant before she can react.

Durandal-Ex has all the individual abilities of the shards and xenovia starts with it and durendal by itself is a holy weapon and still merges with all the shards so the logic that it cannot reflect attacks because it is incomplete is not valid and Excalibur Ruler would not control the winds individually but the attack as a whole.

Even if she tries to turtle from the get go, which I can tell is violently out of character just from her profile, she’s still stuck for options on how to make any actual ground. Because by the time she even realises what she’s facing her sword is already out of her hand and Venti can chuck it to kingdom come, control and hold it with his winds ensuring Xenovia doesn’t get close to it, or if he’s feeling fancy chuck it at her, though he probably wouldn’t do that last one, I’m pointing out how little Xenovia can do to stop herself being pushed into a situation she can’t recover from within an instant.

no dude what i said is that after she is disarmed she can summon the sword back and it only takes a single second for her to think about having control of the venti attack and that's it.
