I'm pretty sure White can bypass Karaka's regen by absorbing his soul.
Isn't White canonically stronger than Karaka anyway? I'm pretty sure he could bypass his world of darkness through sheer strength and AoE.

So I'm pretty sure White can win here. Partly because he's stronger, but also because his soul hax is a perfect counter to Karaka's regen.
