Wanda Maximoff aka the Scarlet Witch, after now having wins against Captain Marvel, Awakened Thor with Stormbreaker, and Full Gauntlet Thanos, continues her quest to prove herself as the strongest 6-C in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. If Wanda manages to defeat Hela, the Goddess of Death, she will go on to face the destroyer of Asgard, Surtur with the Eternal Flame.

I would say Hela because of how fast she can produce her blades and she's herself incredibly fast and vastly stronger and tougher than Thor and most characters in the MCU at large so it's likely she could outpace her with a barrage of weapons to crush her before she could react, especially since she can fire weapons in every direction at the same time. Plus, unlike Thor, she would straight-up go for murder.

Wanda still has her hax so she wouldn't be helpless but this would be far more difficult to even keep up.
 
Necrosword spam doesn’t really mean anything when they all come from Hela’s general position which is the same thing everyone else with range does so TK barrier. Regen would be annoying if not for …….. basically any hax Wanda has. TK deals with sword spam and hax deal with her immortality.

How is hax going to deal with her regen?

Yes, necrosword spam means a lot. Wanda's weakeness (for now) is her human physical characteristics. It has already been established Thor would kill her on the spot if he simply threw a lightning bolt instead of jumping towards her, Hela is vastly faster than Thor and even if her first wave of swords doesn't do the job, she can basically create an infinity of them without problems in all directions so even if Wanda teleports, she's gonna get caught and she needs some time to activate her forcefields and she has to concentrate a bit to use Telekinesis. She will stop most swords but she can't react faster than Hela can create her weapons. It's not about blocking, it's about being fast enough to block them and considering how ridiculously fast Hela is, Wanda would have extreme difficulties to say the least. Plus, Hela can also create spikes from the ground that are potent enough to harm (albeit very briefly) Surt at the same speed. She can easily create spikes under Wanda while she's blocking swords, all with a brief gesture.

However, time manipulation would definitely allow Wanda to get victory...assuming she's fast enough to pull it out. Eventually, the end of the fight would be decided through speed. If Wanda can react fast, she can win through hax but if she loses her concentration even for a second, she's done.

Hax means she doesn’t need to depend on just slamming Hela around.

You know a weaker Thor than the one who Wanda scales above could block Necroswords right. Wanda makes a barrier and negs everything Hela can throw at her. Also Hela can’t summon them under people. The stuff she shot at Surtur was part of a large structure of blades that she made under water to get back to the surface. Wanda doesn’t need to teleport when her TK barrier prevents any wincon Hela might have had.
 
Ok for regen, although this would go for things like mind and time stuff only.

Thor could block some necroswords from a casual Hela would was simply focusing on him. Had Hela acted like she did against the Asgardian army, he would have been crushed. Wanda can block necroswords but not a constant barrage of them, wich Hela is perfectly able to create.
 
Why can she not block a constant barrage? She could block Thanos constantly pressing down on her barrier and slapped him away. Thanos > Hela. Even when emotionally distraught, she could output enough power to drastically slow down a serious Thanos with one hand and smash the Mind Stone with the other. Hela tossing swords that Thor can destroy with his lightning won’t be difficult and maintaining the barrier will be just as easy.
 
Still can't see Wanda getting an easy victory, even with her hax (and not because I love Hela, I love Wanda to). But fair enough.

What stops Wanda from opening up with mind manip her movements from that are simple hand gestures opposed to Hela creating and lobbing swords at her?
 
I don't think it'll be easy for Wanda but I also don't imagine it being the most difficult thing in the world, Throwing up a barrier to protect herself on all sides and using her mind manip on Hela with a gesture shouldn't be the most difficult thing if anything even if Hela is stunned for even a minute Wanda can throw up her hex and it's GG's and in the Agatha fight Wanda did make use of teleportation so she'll probably use that to gain distance even if it's not her first choice. So I'm voting Wanda
