Goku (DBS) vs Baby (DB GT)

Essentially, yes.
That's how Baby possessed all his victims.
Something like going up the nose or mouth never happened with Baby.

Alright then.
Trunks was able to force Baby out of his body with the Super Saiyan transformation, but Baby still left an egg in Trunks to possess him.
Since Goku is starting in SSJ1 Baby is going to try to possess Goku right off the bat, and Goku doesn't know Baby can possess him.
That said Goku still does one-shot and possession is Baby's seemingly only win condition, and he has to physically go up and into Goku's wound. So Goku could potentially either kill Baby while Baby is trying to possess Goku, or force Baby out by transforming into higher Super Saiyan forms before one-shotting. Killing Baby would probably also destroy the egg Baby left behind if he did plant one.

So I think I'll still side with Goku.

It would be a stomp if Goku wasn't already injured at the start of the battle, but since he is Baby technically has a way to win.

Pretty sure all post-Cell Games DBZ Toei characters and GT characters scale far above 4.7 quadrillion c. Of course any higher speed is with scaling chains and such (and it's should be pretty big from Post-Cell Games to GT)

Goku post Battle of Gods scales to Beerus' casual speed of like 397 quadrillion c and everything above that is by scaling chains (which for DBS is huge)

So I need to equalize speed then?

Should have clarified, Baby generally doesn't really do that when fighting opponents equal to or stronger than him.

If you look at Vegeta, Goten, and Gohan, it's made clear. None of those characters knew Baby could possess them either.

Should I remove the "injured Goku" in the OP then?

If he could possess stronger characters by going in their ear he would have done it with Gohan, or Goten, or Vegeta, but he never did.
He always, always, when possessing these strong characters, only possessed them after making a cut in their skin, and only went through the cut when possessing them.

Maybe because they can sense his energy so it would be difficult for him to possess them via their ears and noise?

This only proves that it's not in character for him to always possess people via ears and noise I mean..... Comon that doesn't make any sense, why would possessing a strong character work by entering theire injuries but it wouldn't work by entering theire ears or noise??? Possession is still possession wherever it's by ears or noise or injuries that's still the same thing
