10-A Tournament Losers Round 3, Match 21 (Kaname Sudo VS Dr. Kondraki)

Kondraki throws his ridiculous skill, superior abilities, and intelligence to steam roll Sudo

and before you ask about skill this is the same guy who rode 682 like he was a god damn bull, I don't think Sudo has anything NEAR that level of handling

Yeah, unless a knowledgeable member shows up with game changing information, I don't see much reason to not vote Kondraki here. Thus so, I vote for Doctor Kondraki.

I didn't notice the matches with Kaname, but yeah, Kondraki takes this. He's more versatile and haxes him. Casually aim-dodging bullets is cool, but Kaname isn't aim-dodging camera flashes.
I can see ways Kaname might win considering they have prior knowledge of each other, but more often than not Kondraki would win, I believe.

Speed is equalized. Would that help aim-dodging?
Also, at least for thoroughness, what are those ways Kaname could win?

I've been adding matches to the profiles that I can edit, although I can't access Kirk's profile, but I leave that endeavor to someone who wants his matches added.
