this is the most fair match that i did in my life, probably.
Pretty surprised this hasn't be done before while Low 2-C downgrade

  • Both are Low 2-C (post absorption HA Dio used, and Asriel Dreemurr [full power, but we take it for granted] used)
  • Speed Equalizzed
  • Location: Somwhere in Nevada (Madness Combat Nevada)
  • Distance: not that much, some metres.

I guess that Dio would take that but before voting I should ask how would Overwrite stop Asriel from just loading?
 
Dio have a higher chance but what is the small chance that Asriel have that might make him won in some senario? Is his Soul absorption might count as a win count? I remember in other thread hearing that Dio resist absorption but is his resistance for a Soul-based one and in Asriel level? (I am not agrue for Asriel won but for what might be a win count for him for that not be a stomp)

Pretty sure we didn't accepted yet that Dio resist to his own powers, Dio absorbed 34/36+1 souls. While in Undertale Asriel absorbed 322 souls. So it can be a wincon?
 
Asriel soul absorbation is higher than that since Mettaton show viewers can reach over 10.000

Hey, so, the reasons here are wrong. Heaven DIO doesn't power null your everything when he uses that power on a target, if he were, the foes against he used that power wouldn't even have their Stands summoned. DIO needs to have some vague idea of what he's aiming his powers to use against, like "idk whatever power/s my foe is using against me right now", which is not the same at all to target Asriel's Save and Load too w/o even knowing that exist.

The way the battle would go portrayed here doesn't make any sense; something like "Asriel shoots projectiles, DIO makes TWOH hit them, the projectiles are gone and Asriel loses his ability to same and load...but he still hovers over the air with rainbow-colored afterimages". That's a very wanked idea of what DIO does.

Headcanon, he never state that, Dio in all EoH could literally one shot everyone just with existing, but he didn't, so Dio was flexing on joestar, so Occam’s Razor

indeed it's wrong. Dio just time stop and overwrite. that's how is treated.
