Erza actually has the initial AP advantage as she scales to 42.4 Gigatons with her strongest armors and even higher with her enchanted swords which negates Magic Resistance.

But yeah being able to copy all of Erza's weapons, equipment, and skill to use them kind of hard counters anything Erza can do here and he can regain the AP and Dura advantage with his Amps. So he basically stomps her.
