Luffy can fly and spam punches, plus he can literally see where they go with his future sight. If Luffy goes in mid air it's over.

The "spam clones" was a mind related PIS, he couldn't make more than 4 clones when he fought Pain. In his mind, he had souls behind them and could fly.

Luffy doesn't need to go close range. He can punch from afar. And Luffy can tell what clone is real or not even before Observation Haki, so that's not an issue.

People forgot that SM gives him amazing danger sensing. Speed is equalized so both would literally be wasting time with Danger Senses vs Future Sight. Naruto has AP advantage

Danger senses is regular Observation. Luffy has future sight which badly counters it, and Luffy has used his future sight to counter others' future sight, this isn't an issue.

When did Frog Kata neg Blunt Force Resistance? Is it because it's internal? Luffy's insides are made out of rubber too, and Naruto has nothing to negate that, so L.

Luffy should win this one very easily.... he could even win this in base form Luffy’s observation haki will sense Naruto’s presence any where he goes... underground, invisible, clones... naruto can’t do anything to luffy... Luffy with only intent sensing will win this match... and armament haki should easily defend against rasenshuriken.... and the rasenshuriken isn’t even close to light speed....luffy in base dodges light speed very easily....

Luffy was 7 when he started training. He's 19.

Rasenshuriken does not even one shot... and luffy can sense the real naruto.... Luffy one shots with dura neg and the clones will do nothing because of observation haki or conquerors haki...

Why does luffy have bad sense of direction? That’s zoro you are talking about.... and no rasenshuriken can’t do anything to armament haki... it can’t cut molecules with armament haki.

OP needs to restrict summonings.
otherwise Naruto one shots with his toads or Ma and Pa's song.

However, with their High 7-A forms Naruto can harm Luffy with Frog Kata,FRS and has superior AP.

However, Luffy can counter with better Precog, better Mobility and Resists most of Naruto's nonspecialized attacks., Most of Naruto's win conditions henge on Luffy slipping up while the latter isnt true for Luffy.

Luffy should take this 7/10 times.

First of all Naruto Characters can and have been shown to tank internal damage the best example is the bijuus having a whole attack where they tank a bijuu bomb in their mouth. Also Ryou is trash internal damage the only things it has shown to do is to barely work on Kaido (by the way in verse Luffy is at least not that far behind him) and to destroy handcuffs and trees.
Naruto actually does have precog anyways that isn't the main part of senses Sage mode is Way better then Luffys normal observation

I looked, it says he can see several seconds into the future. Whatever I said about Future Sight being worse in combat against other types of precong still stands.

Luffy uses his future sight against people with Danger sense and he’s perfectly fine.

There should be some context behind it. For starters, if that Danger sense from OP is similar to Naruto's SM, and the speed of characters Luffy fought also matters.
