Naruto Uzumaki Part 2 VS The Terrarian (GRACE)

So going by The Terrarians stats and abilities, the only win con I can see for him is if he lands his durability negation attacks since he is only baseline Moon level while Naruto's durability is high-end Moon level+. So Naruto most likely one-shots due to higher AP and can counter most of Terrarians abilities with his own.

can't see the terrarian doing anything to him Naruto has low mid Regen making it hard to kill him with Dura neg he also has TSBs which would block The terrarians Dura neg and Erase him if it isn't instant

Terrarian have regeneration negation up to low-mid. So he can negate Naruto's Regen. Despite of being quite similar in hax Terrarian not only have his Dura negation attacks, but also can absorb lifeforce. Naruto doesn't resist it so Terrarian must have this also as win con.
However, want to point out for @Popted2 as OP of this thread to specify on your thread which set of armor and weapons Terrarian have on this battle. Because as stated on the note of his profile: "The Terrarian's powers and tiering varies exclusively on their massive variety of weapons and armors. As such, all the armors sets and weapons cannot be listed solely here and have been compiled on this blog. This blog also precises the keys of the Terrarian, explaining which sets of armors and which weapons gives the Terrarian each of their keys. While creating a match, it is important to specify which set(s) of armor are used, and optionally, which weapons."
