    Minor boost for Alvarez Soldiers

    So the Alvarez soldiers are "7-B, likely 7-B+", since their only 7-B+ to upscale from used to be the Eclipse Dragons. However, we recently upgraded Etherious form Ezel (whom the Alvarez soldiers currently upscale from) to a 7-B+ (61.86 megatons), so I think it's now safe to remove the 7-B low...
