    Hades is small city lvl+ with heart, and post-skip Jellal is city lvl with Sema. IIrc even back in his fight with Jura which he failed to cast Sema, he did summon a huge amount of clouds to overshadow the arena.

    What is the DC of Thanos standing at? IIRC regular Thanos was at SS lvl. For speed, IMO Thanos should have at least FTL reactions. Also did he have a space travelling feat, if so that would make his speed at least FTL.

    Well possibly, powerscaling is not very reliable without backup feats (all we can assume is his power > 2 teratons, and there aren't any power multipliers that can be used iirc), so we need some more feats.     Sonic is generally regarded as at least MFTL, and it would be funny if a Multiversal character is slower than light.

    Not really know much about Marioverse -_- . For Naruto, his durability should be at least Island level+ (>2 teratons), DC would be around the same, but Chou FRS has small country to country level AOE iirc. Speed is debatable. But I think he would be far faster than mach-20 and could be well MHS...

    Not really, fastest Sonic is much faster than Flash, he has infinite speed, not to mention he can go faster than the time.

    Goku is at least (sub)-relativistic at EOS. Though some says he is FTL due to him avoiding long-range ki blasts. And there is Vegeta saying he cannot see his attacks iirc.
