Dettlaff can’t be easily absorbed due to his own strength and his intangibility, meaning Kars would need to beat him some other way. Dettlaff can also outlast Kars until the sun comes up. Only one of them is cripplingly weak to that, so I reckon Dettlaff has the better odds of victory here. Even...
Since Frisk can’t surrender as I suggested, I’m going with the “Truce until Kira knocks the child out” version. Kira still has my vote for otherwise the same reasons I referenced previously.
Edit: Major spoilers for JoJo part 4, but this video is very appropriate for the fight. Makes me wonder...
Given the nature of this fight being endless repeating and Kira being an incredibly difficult opponent, I think Frisk will actually give up eventually. I can’t really see how Frisk could manage to harm Kira since he’d need to get past Killer Queen, but no matter how many times Frisk dies he’ll...
She doesn’t know where he is, only that he’s involved in the fight and somewhere nearby in the city. I would think that after she fails to seal the Siberian the first time, she’d decide to get a move on and look for it’s Master.
I was quoting his weaknesses section. I’m admittedly a couple seasons behind since I can’t find anywhere to watch seasons 7 and 8, and I’ve never got my hands on the books, and it’s been a while since I watched what I had seen. I wasn’t too certain on his skill level, but you provide a...
Ah, no. I don’t think I’ve ever gone by that name, sorry. What made me seem like that person? Was it the follow maybe? I did that because I liked your friendly and knowledgeable demeanour.
Huh, I forgot he couldn’t use magic in Astral Form. Then discounting that, does Strange have any method of properly fighting Griffith, or is this a stomp?
My bad, I figured it was already the case since they both have “astral” forms. That was part of the reason I made the thread, since I thought they could reasonable combat each other. I only meant to clarify the situation in my previous message. Is this not the case? Can they not interact via...
Strange has Astral form and other related abilities. For the purposes of this match I’m going to say that verse equalization makes him able to affect Griffith‘s essence and thus harm him if he can get past the non-corporeality, which be may be able to do through the same reasoning.
I remember the old Momo matches where it was unbelievably difficult for her to get a loss against any opponent. Let’s see if that win streak keeps going.
Jet Black Wedding arc Momo.
Momo has been told the Siberian is “like a Stand from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure” and she is fully aware of what...
My muscles are super stiff but I’m no longer hyperventilating and by lungs and brain feel better now. I really didn’t think anything was wrongb I only got this sudennly over a few seconds
Edit: Completely fine now. If this is a stomp it should be closed right? I’d call a mod myself but that’s...
Fair enough. It was hard as hell debating when I was working under the impression the fight could go either way, what with her best wincon being restricted, her potential ability to resist TK being ignored and her skills being downplayed. But if this is a stomp then I concede, in an unfair fight...
You yourself said he gravity haxes first, so it’s closer to the second scenario. But she wouldn’t take it out yet if she couldn’t use it. Not to mention she can still potentially dodge the bones if it only grounds her instead of immobilizing her, and Sans doesn’t keep his foes perpetually grav...
It could be on her phone or something as we’ve discussed earlier, and grav manip won’t necessarily knock it onto the ground if she hasn’t taken it out yet.
She doesn’t make the video herself though, Ryota does. So it can’t even be listed on her page if she needs to create it alone. As it’s listed there I’m going to assume she can use it.
I just rewatched the part just a few minutes ago, they clearly despaired when Chiaki died. Unless they were shown the video during the execution or something? I could have missed that I suppose.
His gravity manipulation doesn’t seem to affect Frisk’s speed, only grounding the flying heart, so it’s possible Junko will still be able to move around. And if it requires prep, it should be listed as such.
No I didn’t, since no one has refuted my argument that her toon force mitigates or nullifies the damage of him TK slamming her. And yes, he has a strong will and unfailing hopefulness, and once again Class 77 wasn’t shown the despair video.
And yes she does have it since it was on her page in...
Isn’t Makoto particularly resistant to those kinds of things given the whole Ultimate Hope thing he has going on? He never gave into despair once, not until he was hypnotized supernaturally.
Edit: Also class 77 weren’t shown the despair video, they just watched their dear friend be cruelly...
I want to reiterate that TK is his weakest attack and he only slams people into things with it, so I’m sceptical if it will get passed Junko’s toonforce blunt damage resistance.
It certainly seems to stun you as the mind hax happens, so it’s effectively immediate unless you possess a level of resistance, which may not be enough as even otherwise strong willed characters were affected all the same.
I checked, SBA says they‘re at the higher range character’s distance unless it’s too much higher. So at least 12 meters apart, likely higher. Junko can pull out the despair video in time, and even if Sans doesn’t have the vision required to see it from the starting distance, Junko can dodge at...
