    In Buu's case his 4-B stat is for his DBS anime profile. We don't have DBS manga Buu profile and we don't scale the manga and anime. We treat them seperately. For the Dai Kaioshin he is 3-C based on Toei anime scaling. We don't have a DBS manga profile for Dai Kaioshin

    Base KK is X2. IIRC during his fight with Vegeta back in the saiyan saga, he used KK but it wasn't enough so he pushed further which is X3 then in the beam clash he pushed even more to X4 which wrecked his body

    IIRC in order to use hakai one must have destruction energy and the series has shown us that being a god of destruction grants you destruction energy. Although manga Goku is a different case since he can use it without destruction energy

    Forgot to mention there was a thread here regarding Thanos being bumped up to 3A and I read there that the Stormbreaker is actually made by the the dwarf(forgot his name) as a form of "kryptonite" to the IG which is why it easily cut through the beam thanos unleashed
