He doesn't have passive power absorption. He has passive power replicatio (I mistook power absorption for replication in my comment). The power absorption is active.
I haven't read this fully, but I should note that his power absorption is not an active ability. By the very nature of his existence he possesses the powers of every other being below Eru, so he absorbs instantly.
Superhuman hearing and sight are fine in my opinion.
Aragorn sped on up the hill. Every now and again he bent to the ground. Hobbits go light, and their footprints are not easy even for a Ranger to read, but not far from the top a spring crossed the path, and in the wet earth he saw what he was...
Christopher Tolkien was J.R.R Tolkien's editor and he spent years composing and assembling the huge mythology that Tolkien created. He composed the Silmarillion, Beren and Luthien, the Fall of Gondolin and many others. He is the main reason we have such an expansive knowledge of Tolkien's world...
Am I missing something, or are you saying Lord of the Rings is a disgrace? Because that is a lie, as anyone who ever read a page of the books knows; LOTR is neither bad nor overrated, but a fantastic and well-written book.
Alright, but I think Eru still resists it. I'll admit I don't know that much about Dragon Ball, but if he can only erase universes, then that is not that powerful. Even the combined Valar pantheon failed to erase Morogoth, who is significantly weaker then Eru.
I'm assuming we are not allowing anything 2-B or above, otherwise it's just a stomp.
A couple verses I know about:
Star Wars: Bedlam Spirits get nuked.
Dragon Ball: Does Zeno even have hax? He gets erased from existence.
Devil May Cry: Existence erasure.
So there will be 6 tier 0s: Azathoth, Yog-Sothoth, the Writer (Possibly), the Law of Identity, the Creator, and the Amaranth in both its new and old form, correct?
From what I heard both Azathoth and Yog-Sothoth are tier 0. I know there is currently no need for a tier 0+, but basically I am asking if a character who is massively stronger than a tier 0 character would be something other then tier 0.
Are both Amaranths the same, then?
My first question is whether Kami Tenchi will be tier 0. I no almost nothing about Tenchi Muyo, but the page isn't helping. From the description he infinetly transcends the Chousin, who themselves transcend infinite dimensions. So I don't know whether the Chousin would be Low 1-A or 1-A in the...
If higher infinity=higher dimensions, then wouldn't the strong Great Old Ones by 1-A+, the Outer Gods High 1-A for transcending the Great Old Ones, and Yog-Sothoth and Azathoth tier 0 for transcending the Outer Gods.
1. I don't think we give tier 2 characters Ominscience. Eru is omniscient over his universe, but those he really know as much as Yog-Sothoth.
2. This would be type 4. I think this seems to make sense.
He wasn't really threatened by them, at least in the Lord of the Rings. He was threated in the Hobbit, but this quote, while not set during the Hobbit, was taken from the Lord of the Rings. It seems at the time of writing the Lord of the Rings, Tolkien had settled on regular Orcs not being a...
The diagram has a huge problem! It implies that there exists an imperfect cat!
This is an outrage against human decency, and obviously false! Every cat is a perfect being infinitely beyond the Form of the Good! How dare you insult Gulliver so!
First off, I was half way done with the page. Why did you lock it?
Maybe you thought I forgot about it. In case you are wondering about that, I tend to try and do everything all at once, instead of spreading it out.
Second of all, the Valar executed Morgoth, but they failed to kill him. He...
That's a fair point. I will tell you when I am done
I think he's omnipotent too, but no way on God's green earth is there even near enough evidence to put him as anything higher than around 2-C.
I have finished it, but if you would like me to add more sources and notable attacks, I will need some more time. Honestly, does Eru really need to be locked? It seems it would be more conveniant to just leave it unlocked. LOTR is a little talked about verse on this wiki, so it is not like...
