    …You know I forgot that there are characters that don’t downscale even when they have given multipliers. Though tbf that’s jumping from like tier 4 or 3 to tier 2. In this case it’s technically still tier 3 stuff. Just varying degrees of it.

    He does. Though he doesn’t use telekinesis or beams much. He’s a martial artist and fights close combat most of the time and rarely uses beams. Though he does use beams when necessary.
