"This gives too high results" is not an actual argument against a feat, if it is an outlier then so be it.

Magnitude 4 earthquakes are considered light, and are only strong enough to knock down objects.

A magnitude 5 or even 6 is required to make people lose balance, and could be considered "big ones".

And by the way, how fast is Sage Centipede spinning during this feat?

The argument about too high a score describes the whole problem with earthquake calculations. First, you need to justify the magnitude and the fact that the strength of the earthquake is the same at a radius distance. In the calculation where I provided the link, we simply found the distance to the building and used this as the radius of the earthquake, although there is no guarantee that the shaking at that distance is at the same level.
Secondly, that in the universe of Baki, that in the universe of Prototype there are no feats even at the cityblock level. In general, I feel that quakes are best used as a maintenance feat or when it is 100% revealed.

Earthquakes of magnitude 5 or more are already causing minor damage to buildings. Here, it's just the characters who seem to be at the epicenter that have lost their balance. It looks overpriced

About the speed of Sage. Mach 732 or so.

Well, according to the blog a magnitude 5 earthquake would be 8-A, wouldn't that be more consistent with the other ratings? I assume this is a natural earthquake and that Yujiro was able to stop it with a punch, even though in reality that would only make things worse.

All other verse feats that are in tier 8 are also earthquakes, or rather the moments when the territory shook and people in the manga say: "Is this an earthquake?"
