That's not how hax works, hax is basically abilities of a character that can be used to ignore/bypass one or more of a target's statistics, rendering them irrelevant. Such examples of hax are Soul Maniplation, Concept Manipulation, Existance Erasure, and Physics Manipulation
Now for Gremmy let me ask you this, what exactly makes his 4-A feat any different from Alien X's Low 2-C feat? SCP 343 and 239 are also reality warpers that can also create anything out of thin air too, what makes them different? Also, his scrift uses his imagination, not fantasy, and in previous chapters we see Gremmy use his shrift to materialize all sorts of objects and then suddenly he creates a portal? Why would he suddenly create a portal when he was using his scrift to create things, was he creating portals to get those objects too? It's inconsistent! If it were a portal, he would've say "Portal to Outer Space" instead of just "Outer Space"
