Actually all that you have said regarding Chapulin and Spinel I have saved somewhere, not now to release however as we have yet to see Chapolin's greatest feats yet. But to keep it short so far: Yes, Chapolin either way has greater senses which are powerful enough to sense the real world and fictional ones to greatly counter (Something Garnet has NEVER ******* DONE) His Horn is a huge wincon as it is yeah, Chapolin can Barry Allen Spinel upon his "Hyper Speed Overdrive mode" activation therefore there is also nothing she can do because Chap will be EVERYWHERE. And social influencing is so surpisingly effective that a whole town fought back in spite of initial fear even cheered from his smallest advice, a witch who was HEAVILY against Chapulin was convinced via his nobility, Time Periods as ancient as Romeo Juliet or pirates (even dead ones) recognized Chapulin and even said Alien races have said "So that's why Chapolin's influences have BEYOND the Solar System!"
Simply put, Chapulin even in the state of tier he is in will ultimately win as he's still haxed enough to take care of it and thanks to being effectively Socially Influencing as well the Ending ensues (as the reason I took long, but its a GRAND WAY to end things) And if you haven't noticed the whole "three sizes heart" Title of the bout was actually a double meaning Grinch reference for her too!!

As for the comics, as I said, I first found them on "Chespirito. Org." But have been removed ever since so I'm finding those again and most are sold at the typical absurd price but some I could find on Google. I need help with that some day as well. Who knows what else Chavo may have too but that is a neato trick, don't know how much it takes to vaporize a plant though; don't know if its notable in AP.
I don't know much about Naruto currently, but yeah they sound similar.

He's also a big fan of Chapulin and even plays as him (bear with me I know).
Years have passed; in a verse where technological advances were made, a grown Chavo somewhere in his life wanting to cause a bigger impact took the comics and the advancements made that he had a chance to become the Superhero he always wanted to be. He Time Travels helping those throughout, in a specific episodes regarding a toy store he starts to fondly remember an imaginative oment of Chavo; a memory of himself as its conventionally strange for him to remember something from Chavos perspective so it wasn't anything more but his own.
A bit of time passed until Chapulin did the one "final" episode, which was actually an introduction to Chapolin's series to chronicalized his life story throughout the world's, in fact is basically that SAME series that Chavo would see and later be inspired of... So basically it became a WHOLE paradox.
But then I hear you saying, what happened to the Chapolin afterwards?... He becomes Dr. Chapatin; knowing he retired and no longer a Superhero, saves people another way by becoming a doctor. Some say when he's feeling nostalgic he does go back to see his younger self and later seems to laugh of seeing himself when he was summoned.
If I had control over the series I would retcon the simplistic backstory to keep him more as an aloft intriguing figure.

Glad on you're intrigue on it, it honestly would be oddly Wholesome seeing him from orphan to Multiversal savior of sorts.

Yeah, but which version suits Don best? Classic Grinch? Or Konami Game Grinch? If Classic Grinch is used; only Grinchs Spoopy Wagon is restricted but either way Don would DEFINITELY need to be armed and if he has other weaponry because Grinch has shown to grow bigger then his cave home. And Grinch may be 10-B for now, but Grinch is much stronger then he looks as he scales to the Cat who's body casually took a car crash so potent it left him but the wheel and it only left Cat dazed, which is Wall Level+ if not Small Building (Here's a thread in case you're interested like the Shrek one we could use some support there too) Thankfully Don has 9-A too but who knows what else the CARTOON Don is capable of (Aside being a godly character for Shitpost status).
Also The Cat In The Hat has one of course, Though the live action Cat is left without a profile; I have made one if you look through here, it has yet to be confirmed but movie/game Cat are surpisingly OP. And more so with Extended Canon Cat.

I check out both characters as my top priority, mostly Chapolin, but Chavo is also one of them.
I haven't seen everything regarding Woody Woodpecker but I remember seeing a bit of him, that character in particular could be a good Toon Force user maybe.
Also hey Pug so I've waited for a while as well regarding Chaps feats but for I now I got something planned for him, you asked earlier for a "Chapolin Vs. Spider Man" bout so it was perfect timing with the release of No Way Home; but I will currently go with the OG Tobey Maguire. Be expecting that soon...

hey Anomalous, what would you think of a chapulin vs koro sensei fight? (I wanted it to be with unequal speed due to the hypersonic+ calculation but it hasn't been calculated yet)

Well not yet. We don't know the value of the peak of Chapulin yet, and mind you Chapulin is faster given he counted EVERY INDIVIDUAL OVERSIZED METEORITE which was in the thousands?? I'm sure that will not only have extrasensory perception because even though he has no eyes to see it he still counted each one that fell in the region, but it will surely be around Massively Hypersonic+ at most?? I don't know.
