Your character tries to beat someone.....

....In their hobby!

Here's how it works:
Got a favorite character? If yes, good. If no, click this link. That's your character for the purposes of this thread.
Now, get a 2nd character. If you have a favorite character to choose (Perhaps you didn't use yours in the previous step, or you have multiples.), use them. Otherwise, click this link.

Your character's goal is to beat the 2nd character at the 2nd character's hobby.

Speed is unequalized.
All Powers & Abilities your character has are allowed.
You may give your character some (as in, as little as only 1 part of it.) or even all of their Optional Equipment.

So for example, if your favorite is like, Goku, & you rolled Yugi Muto, you would have to have Goku beat Yugi in his hobby, For example, a tabletop game, likely Duel Monsters.

Or you could get something like the renowned chef Sanji vs a Beyblade player.

Your character only fights like a regular versus thread if that's their "hobby" in character. Like how Jevil plays the "When your HP number hits 0, you lose!" game, or how some beings just really enjoy sparring & working out & such.

From what I remember, he started a tribe of monkeys who were his disciples, he raided heaven & beat them in fights, he's a tricky shapeshifter, he gained multiple means of immortality.

Did Sun Wukong ever play any games?

I guess teaching monkeys martial arts, acquiring immortality, & maybe fighting or contests of physical strengths, & maybe pranking people might qualify as his hobbies?

Honestly, The Monkey King can probably outprank that. Like, he could just one-up Slenderman, kidnap the whole family, grandparents included. Maybe travel to the afterlife & then abduct the ancestors, too.

She seems to be a creation goddess, especially if she's anything like her mythological inspiration.
Based on that, perhaps interior design, or landscaping, miniature gardening?

So if we're going all in on her franchise, probably playing billiards/pools with monsters & enemies as targets, & using your allies as the "balls"/projectiles, & using fingers to flick people?

Looking at their Minigame lists on the Mario Wiki, I'm surprised none seem to involve digging. But maybe I'm not looking hard enough. Plus, I dunno those parties well.

I suppose I should ask about that, considering -as I did in my earlier post- that Dante might end up playing some sort of combat-focused pool/billiards game, which I'm not even sure if it's turn-based.
How is his skill in such things? Especially hitting enemies around barehanded?
& how does he match up in Speed vs Izanami?
 
Mardicus vs

1. Flameslinger: Mardicus is easily outskilled by him, not to mention he has no archery experience and his body shape doesn't help.

2. Oh yeah, my favorite character, Antimatter

3. The Weaver: I don't know what is this thing's hobby, weave webs? Destroy worlds? Regardless of what is likely the spider defeats Mardicus

4. Ironwood Zhan: Taming beasts, right? Are abilities allowed? If allowed, Mardicus can affect the minds of beasts to restrain and tame them.

5. Shrek: Rescue princess? Mardicus has enough AP and haxs to overpower everything in Shrek verse

6. Miuccia Miuller: Rule a prison, Mardicus can rule two kingdoms with thousands of inhabitants, superior intelligence must give the bomb king victory

Maybe hunting, considering he lived off the land, making weed rat stew & such?

Kirby vs

1. Leonora Lancaster: Who is she? Well, if her hobby is battling, then Kirby stomps I guess.
2. Natalie Breez: Help I don't know any of these. If it's a battle then Kirby wins, if it's protecting nature then Kirby doesn't really have much for that.
3. Ashkore: First, who the **** is this, Second, does this look like it has any hobbies, Third, Kirby beats him in battle and eating.
4. Jason Todd: Sorry, you get defeated in battle?
5. Sarah Jacobi: Finally, someone I know. Unfortunately for her, her hobby seems to be creating natural disasters, and considering Kirby repeatedly cracks the planet for fun... Kirby probably wouldn't do it on purpose though. So it depends on whether Kirby is willing or not.
 
so we have Akiha Tohno vs The Devil from Crusader Kings, Unicron from the Transformers G1 cartoon, Kaname Sudo, and Hawlucha.
I guess the devil wins in being demonic since Akiha is only half. I guess destroying a planet is a hobby, so Unicron wins I guess. Kaname has experience in combat, but Akiha takes that easily. Which leaves Hawlucha, who wrestles, which is cool, but I doubt he can even harm her, so Akiha wins.

yes? King shark eats humans, glyde is barely a character, doctor octopus I guess fight spiderman in his daliy life so it is a hobby, Idk about link but doesnt he try to save the princess like mario? Does he even have a hobby?
 
Should we change it to people giving eachother their favorite characters? Like me giving necati to other peoples characters to see if they can do his hobby
 
Legendary Dragon (My second)

1. Agni: Made destruction and Chaos? I think its a stalemate, both can manipulate fire and the weather, and have the same tier.

2. Kol: Protect his family and friends? LD can easily do it, he is stronger than everyone in verse.

3. Gunpowder: Collect firearms? LD is too big to hold a gun. Now act as a sidekick... He can easily overpower the verse and finished any mission.

4. Noita: Idk the verse, climbling a mountain? LD can fly

5. The Pedestrian: too dumb to solve a puzzle (But he can explode the puzzle)

You could also do that as an alternative. But it's not like there's any stakes to this.
& combat is only for when the character has combat as their hobby.

....Also, Doctor Octopus doesn't have hobbies? Isn't he a mad scientist at least?

Nurgle (Jacinto can't beat him, by the time Jacinto creates some new disease, Nurgle would probably already have created an infinity of diseases)
Japhet (Rule a zone? Japhet just win via having more experience)
Keine Kamishirasawa (Jacinto just die to any Youkai or to Gensoko Aca 4)

Hop i don't think dante would be a good pokemon trainer so probably hop
Sexton hale fighting drinking and animal abuse , yeah dante beats in two with drinking being debatable since both of'em are alcoholics
