First and foremost True Gravity transcends concepts according to Xenolith

Concept stuff isn't new to Mashima nor is this a one-off, concepts are mentioned in fairy tail as well and SBT is stated to be a concept itself (Anna says "It's not just power, it's more like a concept) and is related to the concept of time. Mard Geer's memento mori also affects the concepts of life and death. Both of these are accepted on the site.

Yet here it's stated true gravity transcends even concepts. This isn't just some random hype statement either, Xenolith is the one who invented gravity ether-gear tactics and his other descriptions of what Gravity can achieve in the same page are shown in the series, it doesn't make sense to say he's lying about that specific part. Gravity also does some really wacky stuff in Edens Zero, True Gravity's nature as described by Xenolith explain these.

Some of the non-conventional things done by Gravity such as Xenolith making pain "lighter", Ziggy making Nero's power "fall" to him, Shiki making Drakken's memories "fall" to him can be explained by True Gravity. These guys attach the concept of making "lighter"/"falling" to things that aren't even subject to becoming lighter/falling

This shows that those that can't be affected by Gravity in reality or even with common sense are affected by (True) Gravity in Edens Zero. This isn't just me drawing conclusions either, this is explicitly shown in the series.

Nero's dice can't be subject to Gravity since they come from Mother, this fact is agreed upon by both Nero and Ziggy. Ziggy himself acknowledges "... those dice aren't affected by Gravity" after he was unable to even slightly change their trajectory with his Gravity

But he manages to affect them (as acknowledged by Nero when he said "Impossible! Gravity can't affect my dice!") once he talks about true gravity before making Nero's power fall to him with true gravity

Btw him managing to destroying a relic also shocked Nero despite both being of equal power, at least in ether quantity he can sense from Ziggy

"You destroyed a relic?" He was clearly stunned that Ziggy could destroy a relic, not just his dice, but a relic in general. Relics are ordinary objects which have traces of Mother's ether on them, no matter how small in amount, we even see relics that are bottlecaps with slight Mother's ether that got readily absorbed by Shiki's pendant. Despite the fact that there are way too many relics which have such small amounts of ether, the fact that someone could destroy a relic shocked him despite being aware of Ziggy's raw power, implying destroying relics isn't just a matter which is achieved by having more raw power/exerting greater Ether power

And well recently, Feather's precognition faced the greatest discrepancy ever against Shiki even though she was foreseeing everything else accurately, but do note it isn't known if it is because of Gravity or if it's because of some other not yet explored reason

Agree : at least 14 excluding me, 4 of which are staff (Mitch, SamanPatou, DGxyz, Zaratthustra)

Disagree/Incon : None

Seems like Gravity in the verse affects things on a conceptual level (Making pain "lighter", making powers and memories "fall" to him, etc). So Conceptual Manip is fine imo.

now that i think about it wasn't there some abilities that needed to be added in Shiki profile like Analytical prediction etc?

There are 7 who agreed with this so far (excluding me ofc), one of which is staff

Can we now start waiting for whatever required time before adding this then?

It appears to be Type-3, so far it hasn't been shown to directly affect the concepts that govern reality like concepts of life, death, time and whatnot (FT peeps had type-2)

Type 3 concepts are merely universal perceptions (your views on bad or good, et cetera). If these concepts can affect real things, then it is Type 2.

Idk if it is changed but this is what it reads:

3. Lesser Fundamental Concepts: Concepts that don't meet the same standards as Type 1 or Type 2, such as personal concepts that continue to govern the object in question, merely on a more specific scale, or concepts whose nature is not elaborated upon. Case-by-case specifications and explanations are necessary for such concepts and examples, and they are likely not going to meet the same standards for abilities such as High-Godly regeneration that other concepts may. Conceptual manipulation of this type can be resisted by those who resist sufficiently similar abilities, even if the exact mechanics may differ.

Yeah true gravity sounds like type 3

This appears to be pretty much decided with 4 staff + 10 more normal members agreeing with no disagreements. The changes can be made then I assume?
