To pad out High 5-A (also because of the rules Superman and Goku must be in at least one category together) I'll propose Smallville Superman.
His feat is a 1.1071 Tenaton feat that he preformed rather easily so he's comparable to a base King Vegeta without a Kaioken boost.

I have no clue how high that is so I'm just gonna ask does Father Llymic take 1st place or 2nd place for 1-A?
Okay I'll add it but you really should edit the profile format a bit. Cause the way its written makes it seem like they are 6-B with anything higher than 50% rather hitting 6-B only at around 100%. Also I'm guessing I put Dante right? Since he's the only one who has 80% Devil Power.

Oh he'd at best be second. 3812 is like, infinitely beyond baseline 1-A due to transcendence stuff. Llymic is just a degree above baseline with Lumi being above him by a infinite degree.
So I would say either put "Elder Evils" at 2 or The Luminous Being at 2

Added Rimuru as 1st High 4-C but still why isn’t he High 4-C+ or even 4-B? Cause going by his description
Ultimate Form Pseudo True Dragon Rimuru 2x> Base Pseudo True Dragon Rimuru >> Velda >> Milim w/ Wrathful King Satan 10x> Base Milim = Supernova (1 Foe)
High 4-C+ starts at 11.40091 Foe and 4-B starts at 22.77 Foe. Velda already seems to fit the requirement to reach High 4-C+ as he’s far stronger than 10 Foe with Base Rimuru being even above him. And Ultimate Form should also pretty much be 4-B.
Okay that seems to be a bit too low. Like he's only just above 3x baseline 9-C which is no where near the upper half of 9-C. To be on the list you need to have the + sign for the lower tier or at least be close to the + sign.
