Deltarune has just now gotten its second chapter, and with it came many new feats and powers, which I will discuss here. I'll be doing this in segments, then go over each character individually. This is my first proper CRT, and I'm still not great at the new forums, so bear with me.

AP/Durability Upgrades

The final boss of the chapter is a mech battle between Giga Queen and Thrash. Giga Queen in manned by Queen while the three Delta Warriors (Kris, Susie, Ralsei) control Thrash. Both of these mechs manage to be large (Thrash less so) than the surrounding buildings.
queenheight.JPG

This should get these two mechs to 8-B by size alone. While at first, it may seem that this would only scale to these mechs, Giga Queen actually attacks Kris' soul directly using missiles and fire breath. While in basically any other verse, this wouldn't scale to Kris due to the attack being soul-based, Kris takes soul-based attacks as physical ones (as said on their profile), and thus should have 8-B durability. As the other characters in Chapter 2 can harm Kris' soul (with the other party members also on par), this means 8-B durability for Kris, Susie, and Ralsei, and every character they face in Chapter 2, such as Berdly, Spamton, and Queen.

However, characters from Chapter 1 will still have their 9-B rating, scaling from Jevil. This is because of a powergap between the party in Chapter 1 and the party in Chapter 2. Whereas in Chapter 1 the party was Lv 1, they are Lv 2 as of the start of Chapter 2. They all have a stat increase from this, therefore scaling the Chapter 2 party to Chapter 1 enemies would be somewhat sketchy.

This also means the party will gain an extra key, one for each chapter. For example, Ralsei and Susie will have "Tier: 9-B | 8-B". There is enough of a difference between these two times to deserve a separation, be it feats or powers.

I realize that perhaps the sizes of the mechs require a calc to get an exact AP yield, but I will use 8-B as an estimate. EDIT: Calced.

This means that the main cast will get 8-B while Giga Queen and Thrash get Low 7-C via this calc

If it is decided that Kris' soul doesn't scale to the 8-B of mechs, I then suggest scaling it to the explosions of the missiles or fire breath alone.

Also the 9-Bs need their + taken away, their AP doesn't actually reach the threshold.

Speed

The entire verse currently scales to a subsonic feat performed by Susie. I suggest the cast be upgraded to Supersonic due to Kris dodging the missiles from Giga Queen.

The Dark Worlds and Kris' (non-combat-applicable) 4-A

Dark Worlds are dimensions created by The Knight via Fountains. These Fountains, when formed by the Knight, create an entire dimension that, in some cases, hold a multitude of stars within them. While not enough info is known about the Knight to get them a profile, they aren't the only one capable of doing this. At the end of the chapter, we witness Kris create a Dark Fountain (and therefore Dark World) themselves. Knowing that they have this power, and that Dark Worlds can contain starry skies, I suggest that Kris have 4-A via creation, but this statistic will not scale to their normal AP or durability.

This feat was also performed in the Light World while their SOUL is removed. However, Dark World Kris can actually perform a reverse version of this feat, where he erases a Dark World by sealing its Fountain.

So, Kris' profile will look a little something like this:

Tier: 10-B, 9-C with knife, possibly Unknown with Creation | 9-B, Unknown via Environmental Destruction | 8-B, possibly Unknown via Environmental Destruction

Attack Potency: Human level (Is a teenager), Street level with knife (managed to crack the wooden floor of their living room in order to create a Dark Fountain), Unknown with Creation (Can create Dark Worlds, though their sizes are unknown) | Wall level (Can fight those who can harm them), Unknown with Environmental Destruction (Can seal Dark Fountains, which erases the Dark World created by them) | City Block level (Can fight those who can harm them), Unknown

Durability:
Human level | Wall level (Tooks hits from Jevil, who can do this) | City Block level (Took hits from Giga Queen)

Note: Kris' Unknown statistics are not combat applicable, as the feats are based on Creation and Environmental Destruction.

Key: Light World | Dark World (Chapter 1) | Dark World (Chapter 2)

The Light World Key gets 9-C not only because Kris wields a knife, but also because they cause a crack in their wooden floor when they strike it to create the fountain.

New Powers
Actually, not many.

Kris: Creation (Can create Dark Worlds, which can hold multiple stars), Dimensional Storage? (Can quickly change into a nurses' outfit), Limited Dimensional Travel (Can freely travel to a Dark World through any entry point)

Susie: Minor Healing (via Ultimaheal), Dimensional Storage (Can quickly change into a nurses' outfit and pull out a giant syringe), Limited Dimensional Travel (Can freely travel to a Dark World through any entry point)

Ralsei: Statistics Amplification (via Fluffy Guard, boosts defense), Dimensional Storage (Can change into a nurses' outfit)

In Conclusion

  • An 8-B key for Susie, Ralsei, and Kris (as well as future profiles for Chapter 2)
  • Adding the above powers to Kris, Ralsei, and Susie.
  • Kris gaining a Light World Key, and a (non-combat applicable) Unknown via Creation/Environmental Destruction
  • Supersonic speed for the Chapter 2 party

I'm going to Bookmark this and follow it for later when I finish the 2 chapters that are out seeing the second one kinda reminded me to play so I'll be back to look over this

I need to question the 4-A feat, although I agree with it.

These are the requirements

"As such creating a dimension large enough to contain a starry sky does qualify as a 4-A Tier feat; however.

  • There should be evidence or a well detailed explanation that a pocket dimension was created, and not simply an illusion or teleportation to another location.
  • There should be some reason to consider the backgrounds stars, not just painted decorations within a throne room or museum.
  • Even though there is concrete evidence for pocket reality creations to qualify as an Attack Potency feat; it should not be assumed to scale to physical statistics without some notable scaling reasons. Examples include on screen demonstrations, examples of destruction, or information that the same pool of energy used to create said dimension can translate to the same amount of energy being used for other abilities including but not limited to physical strikes."
This would scale to a specific key of Kris, not his normal self, nor his Dark World self. A "possibly" wouldn't hurt too, as we have little to no knowledge about the creation itself.

Furthermore, I agree with everything else.

EDIT: You can probably disregard the last point as you're not trying to apply it to AP

Upon closer look, I disagree with the 4-A feat. I mean, the Moon of the dimension is a god damn Baseball, meaning the stars are likely just decoration or similar light sources, it is a Cyber World after all.

I mean, it's still a moon-sized baseball. There's not anything saying those aren't actual stars. It's even called a moon by Susie, meaning it could just be a moon with those markings.

We don't know that.
A 10km-long baseball floating in the sky would look like a moon from multiple perspectives

We don't have to prove a negative, you have to prove they are stars. I have shown that normal objects are replacing Celestial Bodies as decoration. It can literally just be little lights to imitate stars as well, or solid objects, which would reduce the feat significantly.

The Queen does use a baseball as her final attack? Why a baseball? No clue, doesn't really fit the internet/cyber theme the rest of the world has going.

So are we gonna give the Giga Queen a "Higher with Detachable Hands" because she One-Shot the Thrash Bot with it despite her Big Ass Baseball not doing that?

Susie and Noelle both refer to the giant baseball in the sky as a "moon", despite it not appearing like one. If it means anything, the moon appears the same size and stays in the same place, no matter which part of the room you're in.

Looking at a text dump, it appears that Swatchlings (and likely all citizens of Cyber World) know what stars/the sun are, as talking about the sun will make the Swatchlings heat up.

Usually, when there are hundreds of white specks in the sky, it's safe to assume that they're stars lol. The baseball used by Queen is created in that moment from thin air, not called down from the sky, and are effected by gravity, falling to the ground after being hit/thrown.

That's irrelevant, they're ignorant even to the fact it's a baseball, their statements about it are not to be taken at face value.

Again, we do NOT see the moon for more than one or two scenes, and this can be made with much smaller objects and distances.

Yes, because the Queen's whole shtick was to make Lightners and Noelle happy, replicating a "fake moon" as decoration to make them feel home and convince them to join her is perfectly plausible. She does pick stuff they like after all, Noelle might like the moon.

Context tell otherwise, and you're quite literally required to prove that here.
How come we don't see stars here?
How come we don't see stars here too?
Not here too
We're also supposed to believe the stars are on the same height view as the ground here, and we also don't see stars on Queen's Castle sky right after they supposedly appeared on screen
Do NOT say it's because it'd look bad, stars would make this scene even more beautiful yet they are nowhere to be seen.

We have dozen of shots of the sky, in one said "stars" appear, and they look weird af too, at ground level even. It's safe to assume it's decoration.

So that means she created the "moon", it was not created by the dimention itself, huh? F u n n y.

She's quite literally the strongest playable character in the game, what the ****
Just in case it's important, what are her stats, description & level in the in-game menu?
But yeah, I did notice she seemed a bit good.
Notedly, the Wiki claims her heal is 5 HP * her Magic Stat.

Also, IceShock has a 25% chance to freeze, which the game treats as a OHKO.

She has Snowgrave which is an OHKO/massive AoE blizzard.

Genocide Route is messed up.
I went full pacifist, since I remember Undertale penalizing you for doing a Genocide route at all & making it VERY hard to revert it, especially with the LOST mechanic returning the penalization of FIGHTing enemies. : (

The Wiki I was checking didn't list that magic. Can I get menu info for that & scans of its use?

I tried to do a Genocide, but y'know, it's not possible because "your choices don't matter" in Deltarune...

But someone else's choices....
Also, did Susie and Noelle do "something" in her room, I-
I mean, that's what it's implied, right?

Which dialogue/scenes are you referring to?

I linked the genocide route, at 36:20 here
Susie spends a looong time in her room, then is all dismissive about what happened there. When Noelle said she had a nightmare, she states the "end was nice", and when Susie question it, she blushes.

It's kinda implied to be something... unusual, maybe Noelle asked her out, she was overconfident because of her power, or maybe she was so confident that they did... other things.

Anyway, we we got off topic. Noelle doesn't have a profile yet, therefore doesn't need updating.

It seems we've removed the 4-A, likely replacing it with an "Unknown tier" due to the size of the Dark Worlds being vauge.

Do we just need to wait for staff input?

There is no verse page yet, so I guess I can use Undertale's supporters?

Also, is anyone willing to calc the mechs?

I would be one to say that Noelle definitely should get a profile. There can be three 'keys': one for Noelle as just a regular high school girl, one for her during the pacifist route, and one for the end of the "Weird Route."

I'd assume Kris and Noelle will get their Snowgrave Route powers in their normal Chapter 2 key, like how we give RPG protagonists all of their "level up" moves. I don't think Snowgrave Route deserves an extra key when all it is an extra attack for Kris and Noelle.

Yeah, that's fair. Snowgrave is a really powerful move, though, so we could try to find a place to put that.
