While I previously made a thread regarding the characters being upgraded to 4-C. New evidence has be found so I decided to create a new thread instead of updating the previous on as it was already commented on and would have been confusing. There will be statements about the Aeon, Book of Cosmos, and Dewprism from the most knowledgeable characters in the verse.

4-A/Multi-Solar System level

Book of Cosmos

During Rue's storyline, Doll Master uses the power from Rue to destroy/dismantle the Book of Cosmos. Upon the the books destruction, Rue wakes up on a platform in space with countless stars in the background and asks were he is.

Maya: "It's the Book of Cosmos. The Book is a gateway to the cosmos. Right now, you and I are in space. The Book of Cosmos has been dismantled... The Book is an Aeon [relic]."

The two are inside the Book of Cosmos which contains a world that has countless stars. This is supported when Maya says they need to find Atenacius and states "Without his help, we won't be able to escape from this world." This dialog and the statements above proves they were inside the Book of Cosmos.

It's about power

To prove this is about power and not just simple creation, Atenacius himself states that in a blink of an eye his greatest creation was gone and he wondered what power could have done this. This is coming from the being who's race is filled with beings who all can move stars.

Maya also states that while Doll Master is powerful magician, he couldn't have done this, that it had to be dismantled by something else.

Aeon Statements

To support my argument that the Book of Cosmos being tier 4 is legitimate, there are the repeated statements made about the Aeon themselves in regards to how powerful they are.

Rue's Story

Klaus: "About 1,000 years ago, powerful magicians called Aeon ruled the world. According to some legends, these Aeon even had the power to change the orbit of stars."

Mel: "Valen was the most powerful Aeon. He could raise mountains and move stars at will."

Mint's Story

Mint: "You mean the Aeons, right? I studied about them. They were powerful magicians that ruled the world about a thousand years ago. I heard they had the powers to change the orbit of stars and move landscapes. It's surprising that they all perished."

Game Manual

Even the game manual states the Aeon could move landscapes and change the orbit of stars.

So all the Aeon be it the weakest or strongest had enough magic power to move stars going by statements. It doesn't state it is there limit either so Atenacius who is stated to be one of the stronger Aeon having the power to create the Book of Cosmos which contains a world with countless stars is not an outlier.

Scaling

Rue, Doll Master, and Valen should all be upgraded to 4-A. Creating a realm with countless stars is 4-A going by our site and given they are more powerful than normal Aeon who are tier 4 makes it consistent.

Rue due to him having more power than Atenacius who created the Book of Cosmos.

Doll Master because he absorbed Atenacius.

Valen because he's more powerful than Atenacius.

Possibly Low 2-C/Universe level+

Here are the statements regarding the Dewprism in Rue's storyline.

Doll Master: "That [relic] embodies all the forces in the universe. It is the purest of crystal. Life, space, time, even logic and willpower are under the dominion of this [relic]. With the ability to control time and all nature's creations, it is the ultimate power in this universe.

Doll Master: "Dewprism defines the heavens, the earth, time, and life... In essence, it is a microcosm of our universe. To inherit Dewprism is to inherit the universe."

Doll Master: "With the Dewprism, Valen will become invincible. He will become a god and reign over the universe."

Here are the statements from Mint's storyline.

Maya: "Dewprism in essence, is a crystal formed by trickles of force."

Mel: "Throughout this world...throughout this universe, there are forces everywhere. Forces in the heavens and earth, the suns and the stars, time and life... The universe is made up of these forces. We're only a microscopic part of it. Our powers cannot match even a trickle of those forces."

Maya: "The dew of heaven and earth, the mist if time and life... Valen gather every force in the universe for his creation. They were condensed and somehow crystallized into a prism."

Mel: "Essentially Dewprism constitutes all the forces in the universe. It is the ultimate power in this universe."

During the final battle against Valen, he merges with the Dewprism

Maya: "It's starting to distort our dimension! We must stop him now, or--"

So the Dewprism is the strongest thing in the verse, being far above the Aeon who have repeated statements regarding their power that can "move stars at will" and "change the orbit of stars". Rue, who's power came from a single shard of the Dewprism could destroy/dismantle the Book of Cosmos contains a world with countless stars. Note: I know that bring stronger than tier 4 characters doesn't support tier 2, I'm simply using it as evidence to support that it's clearly above them.

It's holds and embodies all the forces of the universe including time and space, it's stated that in essence, it's the microcosm of the universe and to inherit it would be the equivalent of inheriting the universe. It's power even began to distort the dimension they were in and going off what Maya was saying it sounded like something bad was gonna happen.

While it may be called the microcosm of their universe, that is simply because it's condensed into a small crystal.

Scaling

Dewprism, Valen, and Rue get possibly Low 2-C if accepted.

If this is not acceptable for a possible Low 2-C, the Dewprism would just be rated at 4-A for scaling above Atenacius who created the Book of Cosmos and supported by the fact that it contains to power of multiple suns and stars.

Id say the tier 4 feats don't really contradict the tier 2 ones. And a likely is enough actually
We yeah, the tier 4 feats don't contradict them being tier 2, I just think it has more backing.

Also bump.

4-A seems fine to apply.

However, there is insufficient evidence for Low 2-C. Being a microcosm mirroring the regular universe in a much smaller format does not automatically qualify for being an entire regular-sized universal space-time continuum.

"At least 4-A, likely higher" is probably fine for characters that scale to the Dewprism though.

I expected as much, thanks for the evaluation.

No problem. Tell me here when you are done and we should close this thread please.

Looking at the OP again, some parts make it blatantly enought as Low 2-C

"It's starting to distort our dimension! We must stop him now, or--"

"Throughout this world...throughout this universe, there are forces everywhere. Forces in the heavens and earth, the suns and the stars, time and life... The universe is made up of these forces. We're only a microscopic part of it. Our powers cannot match even a trickle of those forces."

The second quote blatantly shows that the thing in question has the power to be a threat to the universe (or comparable to it in power), and the former statement supports it being able to potentially do a Low 2-C event respectively, as it can significantly affect it for the purpose of the tier.

Being compared to forces of the universe or distorting reality at an unproven scale does not remotely automatically equal Low 2-C, or even 3-A for that matter.
This is true.

The main problem with the Dewprism is we don't know the scale. We now the verse is universal in size and that it's made up of all the forces Valen used but it's Unknown if he collected said force's on a universal scale.

This is effectively why I suggest possibly Low 2-C but even then it's a stretch. However I'm perfectly fine with just At least 4-A, likely higher since It's beyond the power of any Aeon which would include Valen who is above Atenacius who created the Book of Cosmos which contains countless stars add in the fact that the Dewprism does contain trickls of force from suns/stars and a single shard of the Dewprism > Book of Cosmos makes 4-A more consistent.

I'll close the thread now and apply the changes. Thank you to everyone who commented.
