The Legend of Zelda: Age of Discussion

And other characters seems to be capable of bullet time/flurry rush as well, as seen when Urbosa did that when she deflected a Yiga Clan's attack.

I think the rods and the food can go into optional equipment
Can you link a vid showcasing why that would be Flurry Rush?

Parrying lets you go into Perfect Guard, which is the same state as flurry rush.

And If I recall, there was this one random Shiekah member from Kakariko village that knew the flurry rush technique.
Parrying is not the same as Flurry Rush, what are you talking about?

Anyone with a shield (or sword in real life) can parry an incoming attack, Link's Flurry Rush is his perception of time speeding up to the point where everything slows down when he focuses.

This is said by Daruk in his journal:

"He said sometimes when he focuses, it feels like time slows down."

It's an ability all his own, it is basically his Champion ability. Assuming everyone can do it is weird.

I also have never heard of this random Sheikah member.

Parrying lets you enter the same state as Flurry rush, as seen when their perception literally slows down.

I was thinking of Olkin, but it seems that I was wrong about them having flurry rush.

That's just stylization.

Time doesn't literally slow down like as described directly from Link itself.

Some random and somewhat safw predictions for Zelda's 35th anniversary direct:

Title reveal for BOTW2

Age of Calamity DLC announcement

Hopefully brand new 2D Zelda game announcement or Skyward Sword HD

This is enough to make me happy. Please don't screw this up Nintendo

Nintendo’s posting a lot of videos on their YouTube page. It may just be a matter of time before they upload the Zelda direct. The Mario direct came out the third of the month, so it’s likely that the Zelda direct is also going to be early this month.

My biggest hope for BOTW2 is that they fix the weapon durability and combat loop. BOTW had a serious problem where you have an incredible weapon, use it to defeat a large horde of monsters, have that weapon break, and then often be rewarded with something worse than your previous weapon.

Also damn, Zelda is going through it's third major verse wide revisions in the span of about half a year. First they get downgraded from 5-A/High 4-C to 5-B, then upgraded to 4-A/Low 2-C, and now it's looking like they're getting booted back down to tier 6.

Personally, I'm going to laugh at the strategies when BotW2 comes out, becase looking at the trailer, it seems like Time Reversal is a mechanic.

Think about it. if BotW2 is an open world game with as exploitable a physics engine as BotW1, then we're gonna have things like bomb/stasis launching, but with just about any & every object.
All you have to do is set up the movements for your contraption, backwards, then time reverse it. Time reversal is gonna be so screwy, & I'm excited for it.

It also seems like intangibility might be a thing, & even limited, it might have potential.

It's finally happened, the downgrades are now going through. No longer does Demise and Hylia possess power and speed that puts the entire HST to shame, instead they now get one shot by old dying Whitebeard.

R.I.P Cosmic level Zelda 2021 to 2021.

These downgrades suck but I blame Nintendo for their vague world building/lore.

The Ys franchise is just as old as the LoZ and a similar premise in that it has a mute sword swinging protagonist but they've been at 3A/2C/MFTL status for a long time.

I have never wished for death more than I do now.
