The Lightning Conduit vs The Strongest Avenger (Cole MacGrath vs Thor) (GRACE PERIOD)

Welp, time to break this down.

I have no clue which one is stronger, because someone marked down Thor's AP as joules and I'm too lazy to google the conversion for that right now, but I'm going to assume it's not to big because High 7-A is only, like, 4x smaller than it's baseline. Thor's Large Mountain+ so I'm assuming he's twice as strong.

Assuming this is base inFAMOUS 2 Cole, this is the same dynamic as most of his fights. Thor kicks Cole's ass in hand to hand, but Cole is never going to let him get close enough in a hundred and fifty years. Worst case, Thor gets close, Cole blasts him back and promptly glides/speed boosts/ice jumps/etcs away.

Flight is a non issue. It's better than Cole's gliding, but it also opens Thor up to getting a thunderstorm dropped on his head. Never mind the homing rockets and precision that could easily track him through the air.

On that note, Cole has so many ranged options that it's not even funny. Virtually any type of missile, bolt, grenade, or blast you can think of can come out of that thing. Both can toss storms at each other but Cole goes the extra mile with tornados and the ability to absorb Thor's lightning to heal and boost himself.

All that said, Mjolnir and Stormbreaker are a serious issue that's going to force Cole to play more evasively. Having said that, he can resurrect if he gets hit so long as his body is still in one piece, so he has contingencies.

Arc Restraint is a non factor, Thor can break through it.

Both have similar regen and healing, but Cole can speed his up by absorbing electricity and he's beaten people who have similar powers and have more experience than him (Kessler), both of which apply to Thor.

Finslly, while Cole could hypothetically wield Mjolnir himself, I don't see this helping him any. At best, it's another projectile, but Thor can dodge and going in close with it is a good way to get wrestled.

Giving this to Cole. Those weapons are a serious pain in the ass, but they're about the only reliable win conditions Thor has. Cole has far to many ways to keep distance and he has ways around every other card in Thor's deck. Odinson isn't bring anything to the table that Cole either hasn't seen or isn't capable of dealing with with his standard tactics. Meanwhile, Cole is fairly different from anything Thor's gone up against. He's really not built to fight range spammers and there are few who are as versatile as Cole is.

Admittedly, I could see Cole trying to deflect or block Stormbreaker, only to get cleaved in half, but just a passing graze from one of those weapons will be enough to tell him to steer clear. If Thor hits him and it doesn't cut him up in way he can't heal from, Cole's just gonna get back up.

Cole takes this 8/10.

Cole for Wrights reasons.

As for AP, Thor is barely able to contend with Thanos who is near baseline 6C, so he is around 2x stronger

I should ask, is this Fat Thor with Mjolner and Stormbreaker? Or Awakened Thor with Stormbreaker

Thor's 3.75 Gigatons

Doesn't Thor like, tank his own lightning bolts tho? Also, he could just redirect the lightning through Stormbreaker and zap Cole with it.

Projectiles aren't really going to be a problem for Thor since Cole will also be trying to dodge Stormbreaker every time Thor throws it.

Cole also resists Electricity, so the lightning won't hurt him.

Either way, Cole FRA

Hell, Cole could just absorb said electricity.

Also, Cole can more than easily dodge stormbreaker and shoot at the same time. All it takes is him sticking his arm out.

Cole has tons of ways around Stormbreaker that don't prevent him from firing projectiles. He could ice jump away and fire projectiles. Or glide over it and fire projectiles. Or speed amp, fire projectiles, then dodge as Thor gets hit. Or grabbling hook away while firing projectiles. Never mind that projectile spam has flexible as what Cole is capable of is liable to keep Thor from being able to easily throw Stormbreaker regardless.

Yeah, it would seem that Cole is more versatile in his abilities. Thor just has lightning and the axe.

I guess Cole for the reasons above.

I think the main point of interest is Cole can convert his electricity to explosions and blow Thor up repeatedly, even throwing out Lightning
