Plot: Punch Up gets tasked with investigating an illegal fight ring, he sees Balrog in there and goes to take him on.

• Speed is equalised
• Both are of course 9-A (Punch Up scales to 0.026 tons, Balrog seems to scale to 0.037 tons)
• Fight takes place in a boxing ring
• SBA otherwise

Balrog holds up the AP edge and can boost his output even more, but Punch Up is very resilient though, if he gets hurt he gains a buff

Although Punch Up may doesnt have a way to deal with his instinctive reflexes, but Balrog also cant do anything about getting punched below the belt either if done so which he will do a lot

Imo it seems like a tie to me personally
