A Character have Type 4 Acausality due to being completely outside of regular causal system, and even stated transcend fate itself. Thus logically have resistance/immune to Fate Manipulation.

But there's B Character, who is the creator of that regular causal system, managed to manipulate the fate of A Character.

In my opinion, this will be a greater fate manipulation because he can use fate manipulation is able to bypass type 4 Acausality.

Being aca 4 and transcend fate didn't grant you resistance to fate hax, you need actual feat of resisting fate hax due to being acausal, or clear cut statement of fate resistance due to being acausal

Well, I have it but that's not my question here. So, let's just pretend they do resist it. It'll be out of topic if I brought that up.

Well assume everything is like what you mentioned in the OP, you still need to show how B can fate hax Aca 4 with a fate hax resistance, because it could be anti-feat against Aca 4 with fate hax resistance, cause B is the creator of a regular causal system

It has been stated MANY TIMES that A Character transcends fate, destiny, laws, and whatever. The Character itself says something like "My fate is my own. I don't know the feeling of your fate being anchored/control/bound by something."

And beings like them is described as "Logic would dictate that they do not need to subscribe to this system known as Fate"
