prob canon considering the other reworksFor Disney or Expanded Universe?
Disney. If I was doing EU I wouldn't be mentioning a canon-only novel. For Disney or Expanded Universe?
You realize Ventress literally explicitly dies at the end of that book, yeah? Her quite literally existing after it is a huge contradiction to the main plot. The book ends with Vos burying her corpse.Did the shows really make Dark Disciple that unusable? The beginning scene of the Ventress arc in Tales of the Underworld at least attempted to explain Ventress returning in the immediate aftermath of the novel. The official website has an article addressing the matter.
Even before that, The Bad Batch wasn't intended to be ignoring Dark Disciple, as supervising director Brad Rau made multiple statements to confirm:
“We don't want to spoil anything, but want fans to know that any new storytelling with Ventress will align with the events of Star Wars: Dark Disciple.”
“Yeah, I mean, we're huge Ventress fans. And when we talked with our creative team to figure out that we could bring her into the storyline. We were very excited. We pulled designs from unaired arcs of the Clone Wars which inspired the novel 'Dark Disciple', and we're not contradicting anything that happened in ‘Dark Disciple’.”

So yeah, it's so insanely contradicted it's not even funny.
She died, she just revived after Dark Disciple. It's not an inconsistency because her death is acknowledged, she simply revived. That really doesn't solve much, especially considering how she died. She should be having a hard time breathing at the minimum, let alone the burns Dooku's lightning consistently gave her in other media.
Did no one watch Tales of the Underworld? You realize Ventress literally explicitly dies at the end of that book, yeah? Her quite literally existing after it is a huge contradiction to the main plot. The book ends with Vos burying her corpse.
Apparently I wasn't clear enough: Ventress should be wheezing like ******' Darth Vader. That is what Dooku's force lightning does to her.She died, she just revived after Dark Disciple. It's not an inconsistency because her death is acknowledged, she simply revived.
All of these should be on Anna's Archive or are just a link, but if any are missing, please tell me:Disney. If I was doing EU I wouldn't be mentioning a canon-only novel.

At first she's dead, then she's in her spiritual form, and then she's revived fully healed. Like, she was simply healed by being revived through magic.Apparently I wasn't clear enough: Ventress should be wheezing like ******' Darth Vader. That is what Dooku's force lightning does to her.
Asajj’s sacrifice brought Quinlan Vos back to the light side of the Force as he let go of his own hate. Quinlan didn’t finish his mission and allowed Dooku to escape. Later, Obi-Wan credited Asajj with not just saving Quinlan, but also the entire Jedi Order, from becoming the very thing they fought against.
Obi-Wan accompanied Quinlan to lay Asajj to rest in the dark waters of Dathomir. As Quinlan placed her inside the pool, a glowing green mist began to rise. The otherworldly voices of Nightsisters welcomed their sister home — and offered her the chance to return to life, but at a steep price.
Reborn through the Nightsister magicks, Asajj began a new life on her own terms.
Nightsister MagicApparently I wasn't clear enough: Ventress should be wheezing like ******' Darth Vader. That is what Dooku's force lightning does to her.
Yeah no reason for it in her spiritual formWhy should she? At first she's dead, then she's in her spiritual form,
But first of all, read Dooku: Jedi Lost, his force lightning literally does that to her to the point she needs things like Bacta(and it's just good lol) second of all: if Nightsister healing was that effective would Talzin even needed to give Maul cyberlegs?and then she's revived fully healed. Like, she was simply healed by being revived through magic.
Your first image goes against it, probably cause it's old.Like, everywhere acknowledges that she died in Dark Disciple and that she was later revived; there's no inconsistency in the events.
He would've been able to fully heal him if Savage was able to retrive Maul's organic legs, although what would have they happened to them? Would they have smelled like leathery burnt bacon?if Nightsister healing was that effective would Talzin even needed to give Maul cyberlegs?
Well, creating legs is quite different. Besides, well, Talzin recreated her physical form in Son of Dathomir, so things like that are possible. But first of all, read Dooku: Jedi Lost, his force lightning literally does that to her to the point she needs things like Bacta(and it's just good lol) second of all: if Nightsister healing was that effective would Talzin even needed to give Maul cyberlegs?
Oh I know, don't worry about that. Funnily enough, if I did a Clone Wars completion, beyond rando bounty hunters, with Dooku and Savage done it'd be Ventress and Ahsoka.Anyway, we've been using some Dark Disciple stuff in this verse for a few years now, well before I showed up here.
It's also a VAing inconsistency lolWell, creating legs is quite different. Besides, well, Talzin recreated her physical form in Son of Dathomir, so things like that are possible.
At most, it's a visual inconsistency, not a narrative one.
Since you're also going to work on Jango, do you intend to keep the Mandalorian equipment?Oh I know, don't worry about that. Funnily enough, if I did a Clone Wars completion, beyond rando bounty hunters, with Dooku and Savage done it'd be Ventress and Ahsoka.
But I'm not the biggest fan of either so unlikely.
It's also a VAing inconsistency lol
The thing with Jango is that I know literally nothing about the guy beyond Legends and what happens in Attack of the Clones, so I might not do him thinking twice about it lolSince you're also going to work on Jango, do you intend to keep the Mandalorian equipment?
The thing is, I'm not as sure about it now as I was back then. I mean, the armor is definitely 7-B because Beskar.
But it's funny how one of their hand blasters is, what, millions of times stronger than others.
So, I don't care if you decide to keep it that way or revert to how it was before.
If I do Episode III Completion, which is a HUGE if because I'd consider a full Anakin/Yoda run-through and Papa Palps for that, that'd be the last one I do. I've got little interest in Empire era beyond the movies.-
I think it's a good idea to start with the movie characters first. Although you'd run into the sequel trilogy.
Honestly, with the exception of Sidious, I think everyone in ROTS is complete? If I do Episode III Completion, which is a HUGE if because I'd consider a full Anakin/Yoda run-through and Papa Palps for that, that'd be the last one I do. I've got little interest in Empire era beyond the movies.
Need his Clone Wars show scaling and whatnot.Honestly, with the exception of Sidious, I think everyone in ROTS is complete?
Obi-Wan and Grievous are definitely complete. Grievous could have two keys, but his justification is so extensive that you don't even need to add new information, just divide it.
Anankin is good, I think.
Papa Palps also does things in Empire era, which I have no interest in as I've said lolYoda could also have two keys, TCW and ROTS, but I don't think it will be much, his is very easy because it's just taking the declarations of the most powerful Jedi and blah blah blah. And the rest can be refined.
Sidious, I think, is the only one who needs a good overall rework.
Doocu scansCity level+ (Even before turning to the dark side, Dooku was one of the most powerful Jedi the Order had ever produced, and was portrayed as comparable to a younger Mace Windu. Dooku wondered if he could have beaten Darth Maul during the Phantom Menace with Qui-Gon Jinn. Due to being comparable to a younger Windu and potentially being superior to Phantom Menace Maul, Dooku is more powerful than High-Republic knights, who stopped debris that destroyed moons in the Great Hyperspace Disaster)
Dooku's current Jedi AP section
Wouldn't another key for ROTS be better? Especially since in ROTS he's declared stronger than ever. Also, once that CRT is accepted I am throwing Jedi Dooku and Qui-Gon at Maul because funni statement
I chalk that up to the usual Sith getting stronger over time. It's not like he was equal to Anakin, he was explicitly surprised by his strength with rage amps.Wouldn't another key for ROTS be better? Especially since in ROTS he's declared stronger than ever.
I chalk that up to the usual Sith getting stronger over time.
In Canon is it literally just Maul as the only Darkside user who didn't get stronger over time lmfaoUnless you're Maul
It's likely that his emotional state was what affected him the most.In Canon is it literally just Maul as the only Darkside user who didn't get stronger over time lmfao
Maul, for his part, is pretty much hung up on that exact moment. That's where his life went wrong, He can't let it go.
So Obi-Wan is going to strike down Maul because Maul is such a broken and lost person, which I think is why in the end you see Maul being cradled by Obi-Wan.
Maul has never grown and will never be released from his suffering-

We're in the middle of revising the stats of characters, hold off on match-ups please

Except Dal being a coward and not trying to help out with the Sky Island calcBesides, there's no problem.
I'm gonna use 7-B till I lose it!Except Dal being a coward and not trying to help out with the Sky Island calc
Depends on the character honestly lol, I'm not interested in everyone.Furthermore, even if the calculation were accepted now, it's still good to continue the Reaper reworks because of the addition of more keys and greater clarity in the characters' scale.
After that, I have to talk to him about the scale, which may or may not take a while, it depends.
Yep, I’ve posted it to the calc evaluation thread.Furthermore, Kanan's calculation would also be great to evaluate.
