Even with that its still def higher than its should be anyways we literally don't have any way to measure the part of the island you're using to measure the impact panel
Like the thin segment of the island you are measuring are NOT the same part of the island you're using in the wider panel since we literally don't have an angle that will give us a proper measure of that i full and from an angle that'd actually be viable.

I'm unfortunately traveling so I can't use anything to show otherwise but its def not, you literally don't have an angle that makes it possible to see the thin middle portion from the wider shot of the island so the size you got is very inflated

Basically, no timeframe given or reason to believe this is a "person will instantly and literally explode with said power" situation. Scorched wasteland is also a kind of statement one could apply to a burned down forrest started by lighting a match after a dry month. So it doesn't really do much scaling wise, just implies that said threat couldn't be stopped before doing a lot of damage.
If some random Chinese sorcerer gets some crazy feat we could upscale Flame Bone to that though since the statement implies no one in Asia would be able to stop it. (Though we don't even know if sorcery exists outside of Japan in this verse)
