What was the maximum time the seal was maintained? I remember it was temporary and she has to stay sealed for 24 hours to lose due to incapacitation.

the 4+ more love stacks gives them infinite potency passive mind hax, which clears everyone up to hachimaru, who gets hit with literally any giga optimized wand hitting him for arbitrarily high AP, or polys him into a sheep or yadda yadda yadda, Isaac gets hit with the More Love, and for ainz it really does just depend on if Ainz will use True Death on a person who he doesn't know will ress because if he doesn't, then the noita will come back, fire a single wand, cease to exist though reduce lifetime + cessation and sic the infinite spell engine on Ainz

Ainz's first move with unknown is time stop then test resistances. As True Death is his strongest death spell that's single target, that's what he'll use.

It's the funny thing about Overlord: Ainz usually isn't under SBA because he has full prior knowledge of his opponent, so the few times he is against an unknown he's out here instantly haxxing people and shit.

It's a shame that it's an outdated profile, with zero references (which is mandatory) and there are practically no scans. So yeah, it's not a valid indication for the tier.

It's a shame that it isn't outdated in a way that matters, that the references would all be to the same game and thus don't need to exist, and the scans don't really matter when it'd literally just be the same as linking the .gg wiki, which already has everything indexed

Noita is literally a roguelike and is heavily variable. There is no one notable time of the feat in the game you can list.

"Any notable events around the time of the feat" That doesn't exist, it's an open world roguelike, any references given would once more just be "Noita" repeated a trillion times and and what we use the referencing system for (so that if scans get removed and what not people can verify their existence) is just already there, if you google noita supernova, noita more love, or literally any of the relevant subject matters you'll get pointed in the direction of the relevant sources anyways

Oh yeah, I forgot the 9-A key was for wands, could reach 9-A, but that'd be through leg day stacking and mean they could reach any tier, so whoops
Uuuuuh, everyone up to 6th gets got by More Love, 6th gets hit with Omega Black Hole, Poly, or your choice of **** everything in that direction + Lifetime reduced Cessation, 5, 4 and 3 all get More Loved, no idea why Slappy is tying with a Critter but he gets More Love and then there was gelt

Turning him into gold on the body, mind, soul, information 2, conceptual 1, level. If not that, then Gelt just melts anything metal on him and runs circles around him spamming SoL beams on Quicksilver.
But I don't see how they stop Morgan Yu from just... blastfucking him. Or how he beats WaBS which has busted passive thanks to shattering IIRC

WaB absolutely beats the noita, I'm just saying they should also just beat slappy 6 ways to saturday (why is slappy tied with them, genuinely)
Morgan gets hit with infinite potency mind/empath hax passively, and if that (somehow) doesn't do it, the homing blitzing omega black hole off a single wand cast should do the job
Edit: There's also the invul/immunity/high 3-A dura but like, that's just insurance at this point

Is the More Loved stuff the whole inf mind potency stuff? If it's Mind, I don't really see it affecting Neo. Then again, I'm not exactly sure what the hell is the Omega Black Hole stuff or the poly stuff (and if they are passive). That said, Neo can simply resurrect from practically anything, and has thought-based shenanigans.

More love is passive infinite mind (well empath but potato potato) hax yeah
Omega Black Hole is literally just a spell that sends a black hole at someone (which inlcude homing and whatnot, and also blitzes at this tier given it can be made to go well faster than the SoL spells), poly refers to all the branches of the polymorphine effect, of which the noita has various ways to do it like spawning in squidward with monstrous powder, or through their own transmutation effects, mainly through the circle of metaphorpasis spell, which negates the abilities of other creatures and so on (though if the null part of that will work is a seperate matter), and yeah neo can ress but the issue is that he only has five lives vs the noita who can do this shit ad nuauseum (there's also an argument for them passively killing him on the matter of electrify in theory being high 3-A but that's a whole other can of worms), or doing arbitarily high into 3-A amounts of damage per instant whenever he spawns back in

The thing is, are all of those passives or thought-based? Additionally, I assume since Noita has Uni level via prep, then the distance would be 4km? If so, then yeah, I guess he can win. Although Noita won't actually be able to keep Neo dead for 24 hours (since iirc, the 5 stacks isn't an actual limit, and more like how many times he can resurrect a day, and he can stay dead for a period of time and come back, hence he can come back after an hour or so), and that maybe Neo could eventually just, adapt and gain a fuckton of new abilities (or hell, even become a Mythic key eventually), but it's very debatable. If the range isn't 4KM and Noita's stuff isn't thought-based, I'd argue Neo can just insta-win, but otherwise, I'll just give it to Noita.

It's eh on being thought-based or not, wands don't exactly have like, a minimum time to use from what I can remember, you click and woops there goes the entire screen with no real known minimum cast time, but there is a cooldown time
Less prep and more optimization of wands (you can basically imagine them having an arbitarily high number in any stat but dura, which is just a flat high 3-A), but yeah (the prep stuff is something they can't pull off in battle because they require setting specific things that wouldn't be present on earth, beyond like, Fungal Shifts, but those are also weird and if we let them set those up before battle then we have further problems)
But yeah they have 4km range easily

Pretty sure speed equal is only applicable if it allows them to beat that spot but if they can't beat anyone higher with speed equal or beat alice in speed unequal. They would share the spot with that note

Speed amps still work in speed equalized though...? If those effects arent instant then I dont see how this becomes a issue. Alice speed and perception amp is slow motion ^3. She would have stabbed her a million times and over before Liz moved a single centimeter

Going by the page, the effect doesnt seem instant, nor guaranteed for that matter. Alice powered through genuinly horrific shit, so unless we are talking about instant lethal mind hax, Alice thinks and stabs it to death before she gets knocked out or killed by its presence

The effect of Disturbing Presence procs as soon as the encounter with a creature begins, it is not possible to engage any creature from close to medium range without Disturbing Presence's immediate activation, and even if you try sniping it from far away, if it needs looking, you gotta resist Disturbing Presence or it's gg too.
Alice may have been through anything, if she doesn't deal with them layers, it's not going to do anything
