Question about mind manipulation and scaling

Trying to scale a character, but their feats all take place in someone's mind. Unsure about what I can and cannot do in terms of scaling.

One description:

"It also grants the ability to enter the mind and imagination of other people. Using their own imagination, the user can make sense of what goes on in their mind and overcome any challenges the person may be facing."

And another:

"She would then pass the book onto a new Hero, who would hold onto the book throughout their adventure. The Hero uses the book to travel back and forth between realms, and to solve people's problems through Imagination Battles. They also use the book to fight off Aldark and his Shadow minions, seemingly ridding him and the shadow from Belleview."

Basically it makes people's minds a level in the game.

My question is: Can we scale AP as we would normally? For example, if someone breaks a boulder in the mind of someone, is it the same calc as breaking a boulder outside of the mind?

This would depend on the nature of the mind/dreamscape in question and how the verse treats it, it is possible to do so, but it varies greatly depending on how in depth the verse in question goes about it

Not very in depth considering its the entire game. The game heavily implies that everything in there is 'imagination'

Might be a little difficult to get stats based feats from it then, though you can easily get P&A's/Hax at least

What about things they can do in the mindscape, is that worth indexing? Like the player can place objects within the mindscape, but is this inconsequential and just writing 'Mind Manipulation / Empathetic Manipulation' is better

Yeah stuff like that is worth indexing, that would probably be a form of creation (limited maybe) and like telekinesis or something

I mean, depends how much of the game takes place in the mindscape and how much narrative focus it gets

Like, if the majority of the game is in the imagination world, it should be ok to scale normally

Most of it, but its clear when we are inside the mindscape and when we are not - its basically a weapon that allows the user to go into the mind

Yeah stuff like that is worth indexing, that would probably be a form of creation (limited maybe) and like telekinesis or something

Perhaps a tabber for the abilities specifically within the mind? Since there's a whole set of abilities that is outside the mind and inside
