Ace is completely missing a Tier for his intelligence. I know he's not that smart but cmon 0 intelligence seems a little mean.
Should he get "Average" intelligence, and is somebody willing to write a justification for him? 🙏

Somewhat unrelated but, after years of dilly dallying and being fascinated with what this story seemed to entail, I decided to actually start One Piece. Granted I did consider the anime was too much, but actually figured the manga was feasible with enough patience. Have been reading it for around two months and I'm around 100 chapters in.

A big welcome. The manga is epic and awesome, although it starts small scale and then builds and builds and builds and builds from there, and a part of the western audience want to get right into the high-scale battles and worldbuilding right from the start instead of being patient. 🙏🙂❤️

That's the exciting part, even when it begins as the adventures of a core group of crewmates the large world is still being slowly being built on and you get the feeling of how much bigger it must be. I think it's a fun aspect of starting now, but knowing where the story will go after so many years, to see how many things were actually introduced very early and very casually and how important they eventually became. An example I really liked is when Yusaku is taking Luffy and Zoro to Arlong Park to get Nami back, and when explaining the situation, Yusaku casually mentions the Warlords of the Sea, Fishman Island and Jinbe and how all was connected. It keeps building this feeling of a huge adventure, though the feeling of a small group of friends going on their own journey from the beginning also was great.
