Current definition of reaction speed on site is kinda bad.
As matter of fact Sukuna gets only relativistic reaction speed from chanting WCS. And actions he performed to create WCS qualify for combat speed much more than Hakari "dodging"

That’s weird. Seems like a cop out way to give Sukuna the feat without ******* up scaling (it would backscale to Gojo).
If Kashimo’s beam truly is light speed (I don’t think it is) then Sukuna should be scaling based off of him lifting his arm up to point for his Dismantle. Who tf allowed this?

The reason nb scales to it isn’t because of the cap of some type of outlier, iirc the feat just wasn’t accepted as legit.

It's because it makes Hakari 5x faster than the lightning that blitzed him. It does not logically work. A classic near-miss depiction. If he was 1/5th its speed there'd be an argument which gets immediately crushed by Ura "It's fast! So this is Piercing Blood!" ume scaling to him.

I do think that Sukuna chanting, aiming, and warning Kashimo while the """EMW""" approaches him would be combat speed and not reaction speed.

I see two main possibility:
1. Joaki geniunely thought that it's reaction speed feat. As I have already said our standards are pretty bad. There are more blatant combat speed feats, which are categorised as reaction speed on site
2. They thought that giving God tiers (and Kashimo) outright relativistic combat speed would be impossible, so preferred to sneak it as reaction speed

Choso's maximum Piercing Blood upscale (soft caps do not exist). Also the lightning by definition did not blitz him or he wouldn't be dodging it in the first place lmfao

Anyways anime upscale is weird. It adds new feats that are stronger than in the manga, and makes new abilities that even gege didnt know he could do so he used them in the manga.

Like I rewatched the fight and ryu makes a shield around him with granite blast

The episode is way too rushed. Animation and art direction are top-notch as always, and frankly, they couldn't have done it better, but it's way too rushed, man.

This should have been an hour long, and it would have been flawless. I do like them making the fight more chaotic tho.

To be honest I have a hard time seeing that feat as anything other than combat speed. As the EM waves move toward Sukuna he extends his arm while chanting. The movement itself should be self explanatory and indicates combat speed.

You make similar movements when you are fighting, and if he can do that here I do not see why it would be any different.

Tbf its 7 ******* chapters. If it was the rumoured 40 minutes it genuinely would have been amazing.

It's 7 chapters man. Easily enough for 1 hour runtime. At the very least, make it 40 minutes.

27 minutes is way too rushed.

In Modulo, altering souls removed ability of future generations to generate and leak cursed energy.
I am thinking, would soulless being in jjk lack cursed energy(as in wouldn't generate it by themselves)?
