no kizaru beams and attacks has been reacted to by sanji, and Kizaru literally fights Luffy, there was no blitzing Kizaru till Luffy's giant form.

Think of it this way, Sanji reacts to Kizaru attacks who scales to Luffy's who he kept up with, till luffy went Giant form and caught him.

For starters...cells are physical...nobody needs any form of NPI to interact with that. If your referring to physical energy then devil fruits like enels lightning exists and since lightning is a form of physical energy, we can conclude that luffy through haki can interact with that
For mental energy uhh...I'm a bit confused what you mean when you say that includes emotions and experiences. Are you implying that chakra in it if itself is an emotion and/or that chakra in it if itself is an experience? Gonna need more elaboration for that.
The body is already physical so NPI isn't needed...if your referring to physical energy we already have devil fruits that also consist of physical energy

no it's sanji can react to Kizaru attacks except his fastest which was stated to be light-speed by oda and what blitzed everyone in egghead, casual Kizaru can also fight luffy relatively till luffy goes giant.
Saying this nonsense when luffy scaling was just changed during this fight shows who is really being dishonest here.

Willpower comes from the Mind and it's literally a thing in the Naruto verse and can be used when creating the spiritual aspect of chakra it's literally a component of mental energy.. The will of Fire, Heck characters like Kaguya can straight up manipulate and give their will a physical form(Zetsu).. will or Will power is a part of spiritual/mental energy..
