I still don't think anybody has given a response to this. Why are TSOs a threat to Luffy?

At least, not normally
TSOs nulling ability is passive. The very act of coming into contact with them would be fatal for luffy. Whether he can transmute it or not is secondary

So umm.. incon is reasonable, but i think theres much more to discuss. The nardo faithful besides a select few still havent shown any valid counter arguments besides "haki dont cant do this and that" we can keep going.

Luffy doesn't need to touch them to transmute them.
On top of that Luffy changes properties of things he touches
Connect that with the fact that he can hit things without touching them i'm confused on why it's a problem

Wouldn't Naruto pulling a Madara (enveloping himself with TSO) still protect him from whatever luffy would throw at him?

Luffy doesn't passively turn everything into rubber. Loki blasted him with a lightning breath in the most recent chapter, and that attack wasn't rubberized.

he's not stupid. Seeing someone range nuke 5000 clones at once will make him act on the defensive (or he replies with his own range nuke)
so he'll make contact with the insta-kill orbs?
For the changing properties ish, he changes them to rubber
The innate properties still remain the same
From what i can see on his profile, the lightning was still electric. just rubberfied

Why can't he just have his attacks strike through the TSO?
edit: ig its a combanation of armament and conqurors but these are things luffy normally uses in character so the point still stands tho

So it's sound-based? If so, then if TSO have evidence of erasing soundwaves it'd negate the rubberization. If not, the rubberization should work.
Not here to argue in favor of either, just saying what evidence would be required to prove whether this works or not.

He can not change the property of TSO to rubber as he can change the function of what they are? TSO erase matter, people and even constructs made from energy like susanno. They only nullify ninjutsu when Yin & Yang release is applied on them. the Haki emission will get erased and so will his body if it touches TSO. TSO will erase the flow of Armament and Supreme King Haki that is being emmitted. unless Haki has resistance to EE, which it doesn't then Haki will never bypass TSO.
Luffy Gear 5 awakening has both elements of paramecia and zoan as a mythical devil fruit. and we seen he has to have contact with things to rubberize them.

I just gave you feats where he's done so with his Subjective Reality, Toon Force, and Reality Manipulation.
See, this is what we're talking about. The majority of the Naruto side just says "no" to abilities as if they don't exist

Luffy's is layered. He transmutes Kaidou, who has a passive Haki defense that resists transmutation.
