Naoya Mach 3? nah, we got Hakari lightning dodge

Dandadan capped at 100 km/h? nah, we got Evil eye kicking sharks into space

MCU Capped at 70 mph? nah, we got... a lot actually, theres like a dozen feats over MHS

Feat >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Statements imo

Its honestly not even close
The ONLY time statements can be used is if the verse in question just lacks physical feats due to something like game design or characters not wanting to cause lots of damage

The shrugging off in question:

He used the traffic light btw....wanna go there? Dabura shrugged off the same blows that broke 15f Sukuna's arm at the start of the fight. Dabura was caught off guard when his CT stopped working. The story goes out of its way to tell you Dabura was panicking because this was the first time he was on ropes.

I like powerscaling, but reading the story with powerscaling eyes instead of looking at the narrative is brainrot.

Statements are only inconsistent when a specific is contradicted by SEVERAL explicit feats that surpass it... in the case of jujutsu, there are more anti-feats than actual feats xD (and most of them are supported by pixel scaling, which are inconsistent and based on assumptions). The amount of restrictions the author placed makes it quite clear that he wanted his characters to be of such low levels.

Cut to Sukuna unable to dodge the sound wave.
Using that gotta be the dummest thing ever cuz sukuna dodges peircing blood casually (something uraume thinks is fast) and sukna blitzes maki beyond her precog which can make her untouchable to mach 3.
Even the "JJK caps at supersonic with exception of dabura, of course" people know that using the "Sukuna got hit by a soudn wave tho" is the most stupidest thing ever

Piercing blood is closer to sound than lightning, bro 💀

IDK about lighting speed or Sukuna being rela, i flip flop oin those based on which agenda i'm funding and which verse i wanna JJK to fight.
I'm saying sukuna getting hit by a sound wave being used as anti-feat for a lighting timing is also an anti-feat for supersonic and we know for a fact he's consistently supersonic and 100% faster than naoya

I'm not trying to give the impression that he's inferior to the sound; I'm using this as support to show how inconsistent the relativistic mhs+ is. After all, most of his feats are only around that range (subsonic/supersonic) and not something grandiose as they try to say, so much so that this would fall under outlier (in reality, they say that this site has already debunked the high-pitched achievements and discarded them).

So much so that I myself consider Sukuna not restricting to the limit.

(I leave him at least around the supersonic range)

What he's trying to say is that using a sound wave (and assuming it's Mach 1) as an anti-feat for MHS+ makes no sense when Sukuna is a blitz tier above supersonic and massively hypersonic attacks. Not to mention, that's a giga nerfed Sukuna anyway. If Sukuna wasn't a blitz tier above Piercing Blood, you'd have a point.

It's like trying to use Mitsuri getting hit by a sound wave as an anti-feat for MHS+ when those sound waves are above fodder demons who have stated Mach 1 attacks.

Just gotta mention that half-dead Sukuna is inferior in speed to his full incarnation (bringing into question the idea of sound capping his stronger states), and also that Sukuna never "blitzed" Piercing Blood. He evaded Piercing Blood and blitzed Choso, although it is also reduced by the fact that Choso noticed Sukuna vanishing.

I remember hearing stuff about downgrading the High Tiers to Small Town

is there any status update on that or is it stuck in limbo for the foreseeable forever?

We need to recalc Uraume Frost Calm with new method first. I assume the moment this calc gets evaled, downgrade would be done and high tiers would go down to 8-A

Discord debates allow you to VC which is a lot better of a debate format than the content message back and forth imo.

Easier to get points across that way I think.
Most discord debating has become filled with pseudo intellectuals often using tactics they have no need for in powerscaling debates like bringing up philosophical concepts in a debate about Naruto vs Ichigo. And idk where this idea talking is better than collecting your thoughts and properly applying your arguments came from. Even in conventional debating you're given ample time to speak because often than not, conveying a message and context requires you to. This opposed to both people over talking each other or just ignoring one another and going down their logic tree with no constructive back and forth. More than not, vc debating is just rhetoric over anything else, which is just theatrics when the vc ends up having 20+ people listening to go "damn! he got you" and the got is him just explaining kantian logic for why Sakura doesn't lose to Luffy.

Mind you this wall of a ******* message came from a discord debater, I also tried listening to a ONE hour debate and they went off topic not just once, not twice, not thrice, but FOUR ******* times within 10-15 minutes each tangent

The reason talking is better than text style debates is because you’re able to go through point by point more efficiently in conversations compared to texts where you have to respond to a millions different points all in one message, leading to endless walls of text. If someone’s ignoring an argument or contradicting themselves you’re able to catch them on it much quicker than in texts where points can be straight up ignored continually without as much pushback. Of course there are disadvantages to too many voices being present in a call or bias judging present, but I feel as though VC style debates offers more intense and productive style debates since it allows for points to get across much easier imo.

Yeah when used correctly but goddamn the amount of random bullshit that these debates go is kinda a turn off

This can happen in vc debates by a person with good rhetoric. I ain't responding to a wall of text either, but I also ain't tryna go back and forth with a guy who doesn't care to converse about the topic instead of tryna assert he's right to win.

Can just weasel away in vc as well. I've seen it so many times people miss a point because they didn't understand where it leads or because the other person threw in another aspect that isn't important.

If both parties are being good faith and engaging then yes it can be more productive. But most of discord debates aren't. It is just the other guy or both tryna come off smart because there's an audience or due to some animosity or previous debate they had that was also heated.

Like I don't think I've heard a debate be good faith on discord ever. Especially when its inverse scaling, its often people asking for proof of something everyone knows exists and instead wanna try and recontextualize it mid debate lmao. Happens here a lot too tho.

Yeah you’re definitely right in that people do try to recontextualize things or try and weasel their way outta some points mid debate but I also think it gives more opportunity to catch them mid stumble or backtracking against a point. It’s easier to disengage and call someone out on bad rhetorical tactics or use of fallacies when in a conversation vs on text I feel.

You’re right in that it’s a lot about rhetoric but I feel as though that’s also in part what makes it useful, as you can utilize your own rhetoric to more easily demonstrate the flaws in someone’s argument or explain why their position crumbles in a more easily understandable and digestible way.

What are you even talking about

One question: is LS useful in a fight against someone with higher AP but lower LS? For example, can character X with higher LS and lower AP hurt or have some advantage against character Y with higher AP/Dura but lower LS?

Definetely, tho AP usually counts more
