Ngl it's kind of hard. Don Krieg is stronger physically, but his ego can get him killed if he is not careful with the nanobots. The problem for The Engineer is that she does not have Lex Luthor to go by, but she does have the high ground, so that might be a problem for Don Krieg. The only thing she has over Don is stamina, which might allow her to take the win. However, if Don Krieg hits her with some of his most powerful weapons, like MH5 or the Bomb spear, it might be over. With Don Krieg having the better stats and overall The Engineer abilities not being useful.

I say Don: 70% The Engineer: 30% (vote is for Don)

Wait, how is Don stronger? Do you mean in LS or... (cause the thread Kachon made hasn't passed yet so)
 
I'll also say Krieg FRA (though only because of Bomb Spear and Poison, cause Krieg doesn't have higher AP atm)
