Tbf Giorno could still aim dodge thanks to MFTL reactions and perceptions, while Adam is just FTL. But yeah he cannot dodge forever.

Anyways, he usually does begin with H2H, he did that with Alastor after all.

Giorno lacks dura neg with most stuff outside of extremely situational situations. His attack reflection would troll Adam by infusing life into something for Adam to mistakenly hit, he'd basically just hit himself with his own attacks each time but that's definitely not a sure fire way to win.

Adam would start with his axe but the MOMENT he notices something threatening (like a invisible thing hitting him) he will instantly follow up using his shockwaves that are wide and also blind the foe as they travel making dodging effectively impossible.

Peak Human, with at most Massively FTL reactions (Tore off his own arm to counter Sticky Fingers as well as a grab. Moved his body in order to get struck by Aerosmith. Activated his ability on a bullet kicked by Sex Pistols); at most Massively FTL with Gold Experience (Despite being a bit slower than Sticky Fingers, Gold Experience was able to not only have a fist fight with him, reacting and matching his attacks, but also intercept one of his attacks)

Reading the profile shouls tell that Giorno himself is Peak Human with MFTL REACTIONS, only the Stand he summons is fully MFTL.

Reaction is the speed that you take to, well, perceive and react to stuff like when you take off your finger by reflex when you touch something too hot. Travel is just the speed of your running.

He still has MFTL reactions and can make jumps of 4.6 meters, he can always aim dodge.

Adam would be almost immobilized by sense overload if GE hits it. Even then, Giorno can turn things in animals or plants by touching them, and attacking them would cause the attacker to take all the damage while the lifeform isn't harmed.

Definitely voting Giorno here. His attack speed with GE gives him a massive advantage. Even if you want to claim that Adam has enough AP to one-shot after the first onslaught, his senses would be so screwed that he wouldn't be able to properly land an attack. He'd be moving in slow motion pretty much, which gives Giorno the chance to use his attack reflection and secure the win.
