Not really? Outside of them being very arguably stronger than the saiyans... the Saiyans Reactive Evolution is only defensive, and even then, X-Antibody allows you to come back to life even when you are erased from existence, allowing you to evolve to whatever killed you by incorporating it to yourself, making you resistant, of course, normal Digimon Physiology also does the latter, by the X-Antibody makes it so that even if someone kills you, you evolve from beyond the grave to keep coming back, so layers and powernull become mundane
Honestly tho, the Data absorbtion of normal Digimon is already going to be a problem, Ki Attacks are spiritual energy, both of which Digimon can absorb due to absorbing Data, i don't think the X-Antibody is even needed thinking about it, Digimon just... break physical beings down to their Data with casual motions, it may be over in a single hit or roar

How would it prevent that from happening? The Digimon would simply evolve to not be affected by that, if it is powernull... well, Digimon resist and evolve against that too, the X-Program did that and the X-Antibody simply evolved
Nah, Digimon mess with Human Data all the time, converts them into Data for them to consume even, Cyber Sleuth has several quests like that, in Tamers Digimon constantly turn objects they attack into Data and Quantum particles, in Ghost Game several Digimon were after Human Data to make themselves stronger, it can happen against things that aren't other Digimon

Digimon ussually need to beat their fellow Digimon because of the Wireframe that prevents Data from being interfered with by external influence, against, say, a Human tho? Nah... they can just point their hands and poof, the Data appears to be absorbed, they can even do it without absorbing Data if they just... want it enough
The X-Program was too much for them however
Even so, the few Digimon who were too strong of will just... adapted, incorporated the X-Program into themselves, and are now immune to it
And even if they somehow still die?... they just come back
All evolved and ready to continue
Hum, no? They are separated world, not the same, the Human world prioritizes matter over Data, the Digital World prioritizes Data, they are not the same world at all... pretty much all the works say they are separated worlds that normally cannot interact, heck, some even say that the Digital World corrodes the Human World if it overlaps

Verse equalization is sketchy depending on which power systems (Or lack of) you're trying to mesh together.
The real elephant in the room here is how non-specific Ki in Dragon Ball is. Especially the bastardization of it from modern IP's like Super.
If Digimon can mess with humans the way they do, its sort of free game.

They're not... what? They are still made of matter, have souls, have concepts, space, time, etc, all the things a Digimon can manipulate and break down via being able to do that with Data... there is no difference
heck, Ki/Chi/Qi in Digimon is ALSO made of Data, so Digimon would also be able to mess with the very power source DB chars are using

The only thing keeping Lusamine from doing anything similar is rating/tone.
Mind you, she froze live Pokemon solid and put them on display and in the anime she rehired the old guy who abducted her daughter.
