Not really. There are quite a good amount of instances where Superman can reach comparable levels of peak Flash, mostly within Post-Crisis at least.
I'd say Barry and Wally are still generally faster than him, but the gap isn't that enormous.

Comes down to how differently his scaling to the golden goddesses who made the entire multiverse is viewed. A lotta people think his base form is already superior to them due to them choosing to seal him away instead of destroying him, or him being able to seal them, but when we discussed what tier were gonna make him we didn't find his scaling to that level all that solid for various reasons.

Alright, so they gave Pokemon a multiverse, just not an infinite one. They also strawmanned some 9-D argument out of nowhere(?) just to make fun of Pokemon and gave Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Links but didn't give Pokemon Masters which have similar statements, AND deconfirmed 2-A Creation Trio. I hate them. I hate them so much.
