Speed: Yūji (Right? Death Battle has Jujutsu Kaisen characters at massively hypersonic, which is faster than what they put Makima)
Experience: Yūji (Bro has been active since he was 15 and is still in his prime at the age of 83)
Hax: Denji? (Erasing shit out of existence is pretty scary and his regen might make him a bit annoying to deal with, though that really shouldn't be much of an issue for Yūji)

It can go from Sub-relativistic+ when lowballed to relativistic when highballed.
Denji in his new form can dodge it consistently, but only graze dodges so far. His speed in relation to it has not been calced as of now. (Even if he likely scales to it realistically) (KE is a no no, given it only destroyed a building)

A heavily weakened Megkuna dodged an EMS wave from CT Kashimo, its fair to say that EOS Yuji and Maki who was boxing a far superior form of Sukuna scales to that.
