Funny how Alastor couldn't "skillrape" Adam at all, as Adam was effectively countering his attacks for a good chunk of the fight and only after getting frustrated was Alastor moving him around (still without doing a single point of damage tho).
So I wouldn't really call whatever Alastor did a "skillfuck"

Val's melee is comparable to Alastor largely due to having additional limbs. Not saying he's unimpressive with his hands (he caught a dagger mid-air) but directly comparing his skill to other's isn't the best due his naturally unfair advantage

His primary weapon is a gun, he has god-awful eyesight, and the large majority of his attacks miss. The math adds itself up

He gets hit once from a sneak attack, not his fault. Next time is because he was dealing with his minions and gets grabbed. Right after that he one shots Alastor.

Alastor is good at dodging, also Adam literally only gets hit two times from Alastor, one from a sneak attack that he wouldn't know about because he doesn't know Alastor's abilities and the other one is after getting frustrated because of Alastor's insults. And lets be honest if Alastor was really "skillfucking" Adam, why he didn't just dodge Adam's obvious attack?

And Adam has Alastor dead to rights in pure melee and whiffs half a dozen swings before Alastor kinda just bounces away for free. Adam is the same character who, just like you JUST SAID, can ONE-SHOT Alastor. Hitting a few tentacles you can see coming and getting caught and hit by everything you don't have telegraphed at you is dogshit skill. Getting swarmed predictably by like 4 minions and pulling your leg up like a girl seeing a rat is dogshit skill.
And some characters, no names, don't even need area control powers to deal with multiple fighters who they can one-tap.
Why didn't Adam land his non-telegraphed attacks? Frankly Alastor likely just let himself get hit because he's overconfident by that point.
But that is Alastor's in-character having problems, not Adam proving skill.

I don't wanna discuss Adam's skill for the 40th time but he was doing good for a really skilled character like Alastor when he didn't even use his main ability
It is funny when Al has dumb moments its always overconfidence and character problems but when Adam does it he is just ass in skill

The difference is, Alastor has actual other feats of skill. And unlike Adam, he never struggles with characters he can one-shot.

Alastor didn’t really go all out either. Tell me that he’s exact same in fight like he was with 100% Vox.
And that’s pretty consistent given that he was thinking that he is actually stronger lol.
