Niffty never used her overlord powers and only needed an assist at the very end of a fight she mostly had the upper hand in.

She did have the upperhand against Vaggie, who was part of the totally invincible, indestructible Exorcist army.

Vaggi just forgot that she's invincible, just like how she forgot Lute used Angelic weapons to harm her.
Lute is former Exorcist, not current, so pretty sure her powers went away after she "fell". Otherwise it makes no sense for Overlords even being scared of Exorcists at all.
She still didn't get one shot by Lute. Also no exorcists have shown any special powers, it's just their numbers and angelic steel.

Lute definitely was stronger but she didn't one shot. She landed several hits, plus there's a portion of the fight that happens off screen (there's a cut around 0:18).
