I think he crossed some sort of weird spatial overlap between the two rings or something.

again, thats require the rings to be side by side instead of up and down. We never actually see Striker travel the distance so as far as we know he could've used the elevator, portal'd somehow, ect. Its basically guesswork to try and interpret what's meant to be a cool transition

Not necessarily, like he travels down a tunnel in Pride and ends up at the top of a mountain in Wrath, that does seem to indicate that the rings are on top of eachother, just somewhat overlapped.
But yeah I agree it's too vague to get anything worthwhile.

- A manipulator doing deals over billion of years being manipulated by the easiest trick ever

I know its Unknown, because no one ******* revised the profiles. Last time I remember it was agreed that they would only have 4-A for creation.
Either way Lucifer DOES have 4-A creation and so would Sera, they expanded the universe and Lu himself implies his dream was his very own solar system.
